My recent visit to this car wash left me thoroughly dissatisfied. To begin with, my truck was covered in snow prior to the wash, and disappointingly, it remained covered in snow after. When I approached the staff and requested a rewash, I was met with a dismissive response, stating that their service is a car wash, not a snow removal business. It would have been far more considerate if this crucial piece of information had been communicated to me before I made the purchase. I additionally paid extra for the “ ice breaker” service, and there is still a lot of ice buildup on the bottom of my truck. I expressed that I have two other vehicles that I do pay for a monthly service which I will now be canceling. Customer service is paramount in any business, and the dismissive attitude displayed during this encounter has guaranteed that I will not be returning to this car wash or gas station.

We have had several company cars cleaned at Jilly's and have been extremely happy with their service. We have also now had 3-4 employees take their personal cars there. They are very friendly. They know and greet me by my name when I walk in the door! They care about their customers and the quality of the work that they perform. If your car, SUV or truck is looking sad - they will make it look happy again! They have just the right level / price of cleaning services that you need. We are very happy that we can drop off a vehicle and know that they will give it the utmost care and when it is done - it sparkles inside and out!

Good unlimited car wash packages but there's a lot of issues with the machines reading your card at this location. Scratched and dented both my cars in the right side!

The crew here doesn’t get paid enough for what they do and people they deal with. Lots of cleaning options. Little pricey but seems to be worth it compared to other area cleaners. Got mostly clean. Lower part of car still dirty.

I got a car wash and after going through, my boyfriend and I were vacuuming my car out. The worker came out and was looking at my front end, so I asked if everything was ok. He said yeah, we just didn’t get all the bugs off. Do you want to go again? So of course I took him up on that offer and after the second time, all the bugs were off. I really appreciated the thoroughness of the staff to follow up on the service they offered. That to me, showed they truly care about the outcomes of the car wash. I will be returning for the excellence of the employees to ensure my care looks perfect!

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. They will claim to be offering you a deal on an individual car wash, but are really signing you up for a monthly service of over $30. Completely sleazy employee, deliberately misleading. Besides the fact they do a crap job on the car wash

Do Not Use their monthly membership! They are shady business people that will not stop pulling money from your bank account, even though you cancel your subscription 4 months ago. I had to cancel my bank card, and they would not refund my money that they've been taking. What a hassle! Shady business!

I love Jilly's! It's super convenient you can use all of their locations with the unlimited plan. They have the best vacuums and always have towels and cleaning sprays available. Friendly, helpful staff as well!

I Have the exterior everything membership, I was in the area & thought I’d stop at this location. I had trouble getting into the line w/ my wheels so I slightly turned my wheels & the guy who sprays water (not even the one who HAD the sign of pull forward etc) had the nerve to scream at me not once, not twice, but three times. Didn’t even direct me calmly first, even though all he had to do was spray my car. I get being frustrated but screaming at me like that was humiliating & disrespectful. Quit your job & never do this kind of work if this how u talk to paying customers. Will NEVER in my life come back to this location because of him. Everyone else was cool, but definitely never again. I’ll stick to the Wauwatosa location.

Watch out for their predatory system that will ask you if you’d like to “add” wash options that your subscription already has and then happily charge you for it- All for Morgan (the manager??) to tell you to your face you’re a dumbass for falling for it and no they will not refund. “But we’ll happily cancel you,” says Morgan. Edit- Morgan & Jillys is fully aware of this system, and per his response, “You should know what your membership includes and don’t purchase something you already have. That’s your fault you fell for it”. I think he told me it was my fault at least 5 times.

Whoever was working 10/13/24, amazing job! We had 2 cars, both with nasty floor mats, and they did such a good job cleaning and drying them. All the freebies are amazing. I love the dash wipes, microfiber towels, sprays, and vacuums. I have the unlimited plan and usually go to the location in Glendale, but this one is really good, too.

I went to Jilly's today to get my van washed. I paid for the $14 wash + $3 salt buster. The machines stopped twice while I was on the belt. It sprayed my van with soap, everything turned off, and then it sent me forward into the dryers. It had soap all over, so I went inside, and the man working explained that the driver behind me forgot to put the car in neutral, so that's why they had to turn everything off. I told him the 2nd set of water sprayers was off, but he said that everything needed to restart, and that's why the van was still soapy. He sent me around again. The second time through, it went much smoother, but the same 2nd set of misting sprayers was still off. The van still had soap, but I wasn't going to wait in the 15-minute line for a 3rd time.

Easy to get in/out. Vacuums work great. Lots of towels and window/upholstery spray to use, and they’re right at the door inside the market. Bathrooms are also very clean and well maintained. The attendants spraying my car even sprayed off the bird poop that was on my windows, before going into the wash. Dryers inside the actual wash are to be desired, but the towels finish up the job just fine for me. Nice place to stop before/after getting on the highway.

The licenses plate readers barely work. Most of the time it reads my plate wrong and I need support to come. There was no attending working in the middle of the day so I was stuck waiting for 10 min while a line formed behind me. No one came so we all eventually backed up and left. Called their support line, of course no answer. The idea is good but their execution is poor

The attendant was so pushy about the monthly plan when I stated I only wanted a single wash. She gave me attitude and said "Oh, you don't wash your car a lot?". If there wasn't a line behind me, I would've pulled out right there. After the wash, my car still was salty and dirty. I'll stick to Roadrunner Express. They're never pushy and my car is sparkling clean every time.

Due to this car wash, I now have a razor sharp piece of trim that is bent. I was able to push it back but the bend is still in it and it isn't flush with my car. A piece of their brush is still stuck in it. The manager said that it couldn't be from their car wash and that my car must have had damage prior to going into the car wash. That is absolutely NOT the case. They will not accept responsibility for damage done to your vehicles, so I would highly recommend going elsewhere for car washes. Posting a sign that says they aren't responsible for any damage is their way of getting out of any responsibility for damage done to your vehicles. I refuse to be disrespected by the manager and will not go to this neighborhood facility for ANYTHING anymore.

Today I had the greatest experience at this Jilly’s location. My car had been egged pretty severely and frozen overnight. The manager and I had a good laugh at it while in line. I didn’t catch his name but thank you. He allowed me a second pass through the wash to get a good remaining chunk of the egg off. They even paused the car wash to take extra time in power washing the debris. A little vinegar and elbow grease took off the stubborn last bits. My car looks good as new!
