I have been to this Jiffy Lube several times. The service is outstanding and the employees are always very welcoming. They take the time to explain things to me and don't recommend unnecessary services. Efficient, high quality service and genuinely nice people… cant beat that:)

They took good care of me they're fast efficient answered all my questions. I also got the yellowing from my headlights done there they took away the yellow and cleared my headlights up they look like brand new headlights I was very shocked I did not know that was a thing.

The option for services is confusing. I had my oil changed with a synthetic product and the inspected my tires, transmission fluid levels and filters. The only product I actually received was the oil change. I drove in at 8:30 am and had one vehicle ahead of me. I was out by 9. They are always professional and pleasant to deal with! I feel that it is a solid value and I rely on Jiffy Lube on Mangrove to take care of my routine oil changes and service.

I visited Jiffy Lube for a replacement brake light. They got me right in, replaced the light and brought to my attention that My current windshield wipers were not the best fit for my car. As I had just purchased them and had them installed I elected not to buy new ones at this time and there was absolutely no pressure from the service person to buy blades at that location. I really liked the fellows that work there!

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube on Mangrove for years. They are polite, helpful, efficient, and reasonably priced. Recently I popped in to purchase new windshield wipers. I had my grandson in the car. We didn’t even have to get out of the car. The workers removed the old wipers, replaced them with new ones and we were on our way! I love being cared for by such a friendly business!

Jiffy has never been anything but excellent customer service for me I’ve been using Jiffy since moving to Chico in 2018 always same location on Mangrove. The ppl are friendly communication is great 👍🏽. They know my car history and don’t ever spend more than 20 mins when I need oil change.

I went in after 3:00 to tell them that my oil was not registering when I checked it and they suggested I needed a oil change which they did efficiently and promptly. My wait time was maybe 10 minutes where I was offered a wonderful cup of coffee perfect on a cold dreary day. Everyone was professional friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this place!

They always do an excellent job explaining to me what maintenance my vehicle needs and answering any of my questions. I've been getting my oil changed for 5 yrs now at Jiffy Lube in Chico. They have always been great in customer service, asking if I want to filters change, sparkplug. And if they are not able to do change something on my Dodge charger, they are very helpful on referring me to to a shop that can do the work on my car. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

I just had my car serviced at the Jiffy Lube here in Chico and had a great experience. They were super honest—they actually pulled out my old air filters and realized they didn’t have the exact replacements in stock, so they didn’t try to upsell me on something else. They got everything else done quickly, were really courteous, and the price was totally fair. All in all, definitely a thumbs up!
