I love the service. The employees are nice and kind and courteous. My only dislike is the Jax kar wash In East Point, Michigan R. Kelly Rd. most of the vacuums don’t work, but other than that this is one of the best car washes I’ve ever been to.

I went to this location because 15 and Mound was closed again for mechanical problems, my 3rd time in a couple weeks this happened. This jax was supposedly recently remodeled but equipment is already broken. The driver side brushes weren’t functioning so that side of my car wasn’t cleaned at all. The textile drying is also down. Jax needs to invest in maintaining the facilities they do own instead of buying up every independent wash in town.

It has been 1 week since this Jax Kar Wash location broke the cover of my passenger side mirror on 9/20. I was told the manager would contact me Tuesday morning before they finally attempted to call me Thursday afternoon while I was at work. I returned the call as soon as I could and have called numerous times and went back to the wash and nobody has been able to with this issue. This is an insane way to treat members of your car wash and extremely unprofessional. There was internal damage done to the clamps from the machines in the wash so the part is unable to reattach.

This is the only location I go to where they purposely turn off the rotating microfiber cloth at the end of the wash to fully dry off whatever wasn’t able to be blown off with the blowers. What’s the point of paying a monthly service if you’re not gonna get the full service?… never have a problem at any other location I go to this is the only one. Management please look into this.

I really like this particular Jax car wash because they wipe down the windows and my mirrors after the wash. While this service is available in most but not all I appreciate this particular location for doing that. They do a great job!

Your place is amazing I love ❤️ your new brushe system it really does a great job cleaning and waxing a person vehicle wonderfully however your pre-wash people could use encouragement on cleaning off the vehicle before it reaches the coat washing i have left your Place with dirty spots still on my vehicle and your people who wipe off the cars never wipe it off from front to backed besides that your place is a great place to come keep up the great job as long as you correct the things I've mentioned sincerely Kevin chatman sr

Cummon, do I need to do a review every time I get a car wash? Today I got a very average car wash. The young guy was nice and power washed more than others. The middle of my tailgate is still dirty and same with the center of the hood. That’s about typical for these value washes.

I really like this newer car wash overall. However, I’ve noticed a couple of concerns. Upon entry, the attendants do not appear to use heavy sprayers, which often leaves icicles forming on the wheel barrier. Additionally, it seems that if a customer does not visibly signal a tip in advance, the newer attendant does not dry the vehicle thoroughly. I typically do tip, but I prefer to do so after observing the quality and integrity of the job being completed without prior incentive.

Jax has good service and good monthly prices for unlimited washes. I was just surprised that they ask in their machine at the entrance if I want to pay tips. Which I didn't like. I would rather tip the people drying my car myself. Because I have seen some places, owners keep the Tips to themselves or give percentage of the tip to his employees. I hope that is not the case here.

I would’ve given it five stars, but the reason I didn’t is that I feel like if I’m paying for a monthly service, they should dry my car completely clean every time, especially in the back. I get home, pull into the driveway, and when I go to close the garage, I see dry spots that they missed everywhere. I tip because that’s how they make a living, but I’m seriously considering canceling my monthly subscription. I get it you can’t hit every spot every time I understand, but they miss the back every time that I go but other than that Everything else is perfect.I go to the one in Sterling Heights

Good job. However, the design of this carwash sucks! There’s no room for the cars leaving. Cars back up because traffic on mound, and they have to shut off the wash. It really is a terrible design. I do wish they hand dried better and cleaned rear of the car better.

This is by far my favorite Jax location to get washed at! They have all brand new equipment in their tunnel! They gave me a great deal on an Unlimited Club membership and now I get washed everyday for one low monthly rate. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. The greeters are super helpful. This location has the best pre-wash sprayers around, they take their time and make sure there isn’t any mud in the wheel wells. The guy with the dreads does an amazing job! The customer service is amazing, if you ever have any kind of issue they’ll do whatever it takes to resolve it. They have free vacuums and they even hand towel dry for free!!! So, what are you waiting for? Get Jaxex today because as they say, A Clean Car By Jax Rides Better!!!

What an easy experience. I added my information, license plate, and purchased the unlimited plan in just a few minutes. When I arrived at the Sterling Heights Mound location, I was handed a complimentary dash cloth as an unlimited member and went through the unlimited lane. My Gladiator came out spotless. I also really appreciate the ability to pause or cancel the plan directly through the profile. Super convenient and highly recommend.

Arrived at Jax Car Wash 30 minutes before the posted closing time, but they were already closed. If the business closes earlier than advertised, the hours should be updated so customers don’t waste their time. Disappointing experience.
