terrible customer service service has changed dramatically they have a new manager there now I went today August 22, 2018 the manager there is very not customer service friendly I have a limo service I used to get my vehicle's clean twice a day there but since New Management I don't even go back no more I went today and then I realize why I stopped going.

Horrible customer service. Me and my mother went in to get her car washed. We noticed 2 men bending down and looking, we didn't think anything of it at first. We went to drive off and just behind the passenger door was off track and we found pieces of the blue cloth they used. After comming back he started lying to us, saying it was already there. And there was a clip missing. So we brought it to the dealership. Only for them to tell us the screw is still in but basically ripped out. So not once or twice. But three times we were lied to. I don't recommend this place. Mistakes happen and I do get that. But if you gotta lie to cover up your mistakes, very not professional.

Horrible broke my rear wiper on my Porsche and left all the smears on my window and doors on Cadillac truck. Tires look like they never been touched. I am a woman and this is why I hate automatic car washes. I even try to tip well to get the service i pay for. NEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN
