Jackson’s did a great job on my car. I can be pretty picky and I’m not afraid to tell a place “you missed a spot” when spending $100 or more on a full service exterior/interior detail. I should have done before and after because I had major bugs melted into my car that normally through car washes weren’t getting out that they removed with some diligent TLC.

I recently took my truck to this location for a cleaning, and unfortunately, it was a far-from-satisfactory experience. The staff failed to fully vacuum one side of my truck and left the running boards in a disgraceful state with dirt and water on it. I paid for aromoral for the inside, and it sjdnt get done. Moreover, the interior received minimal attention, with no noticeable improvements. So I went and vacuumed it myself. The interior doors weren't even wiped down. I expected a thorough and quality service, but unfortunately, the results fell short of even Jackson's own expectations they say on their website. Paid over $30.00, and got a $5.00 service was not expected. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in their service for future customers.

Why do you charge $30 + for a wash with all the extras, only to get in your car to find a dirty dashboard, unclean cup holders, small wrappers in door areas (indicating NO vacuum even came close to that area), when seats moved back the entire floor was still dirty where the seat covered it. Fingerprints on screen, smudged windows, film still inside of windshield, NO tire dressing and likely didn’t receive half the other things offered with this wash. Then the manager says “sorry” That’s it! Nothing else and then lets me use a towel to complete the job I just paid you guys to do. So ridiculous lazy, total waste of $$, won’t be coming back here!!

The manager was nice and she tried but for a wash I paid 75 dollars wasn’t to happy with the finish. They left a lot of spots on the car I wasn’t happy with it, they didn’t scrub it properly and interior wasn’t as cleaned as expected the inside was supposed to be done better for this wash. I will no longer go there I will just wait for my mobile detail guy. That’s what I get for being inpatient. Don’t get their expensive washes they don’t do them thoroughly

Very friendly staff and the service was quick. That being said the quality of the wash was terrible. These pictures were taken when I got home immediately after the car wash. For a $30 car wash this is terrible for the car not to be at least clean. I would not go back there again to waste my money. Truly disappointing because this used to be my go to car wash for how great of a job they did. This is the second time my car has been washed like this in under 2 months. Went back again because they used to be great. Just noticed they didn't even bother to clean the other side of the car that wasn't facing me while I waited. I was also one of only 2 cars there so they weren't rushed...

I keep my car outside and live on a dirt road so my car gets beat up pretty bad. Went in for a detail and I could not be happier. A huge reason for this review is the customer service. Went to get my car washed today (11/9/2025) and have typically had a good experience here. It was not so today unfortunately. One of the person drying my car kept walking around it and using a rag to dry but often was in conversation with another employee. One corner of my car was wiped down several times by him. When I left and got home, my car had water spots all over it. I had to get out a cloth to go over my car again after just leaving the carwash. This is not how I want to spend my time especially since it was just washed. It is hard to find a good carwash and sadly I think I may have to start looking for another one. I was at this carwash earlier in the week and wanted to give it rave reviews as they felt my truck was not cleaned as it should have been (one employee took photos of my truck to document this). Maybe it is the weekend crew as I usually go during the week. Not pleased due to my car having water spots all over it and the extra work I had to do when I got home.

they were going to charge me $75 for a hand wash that was “usually 100” just for my car to be in worse condition then it came in.. this place obviously doesn’t wash any of their towels because every single one of my windows and windshields was left streaky, they left a chip in my paint, and dry soap ALL OVER my car. they also told me i was “good to go” when they didn’t even have my keys and were unable to locate them for a good 5 minutes. most definitely the worst experience i’ve ever had at a car wash. i don’t know if because they lowered my price to $50 they thought it was okay to do a shitty job on my car or if they’re this terrible with every car they wash, but i’ll never be back

Only reason I am not giving it a 1 star is because the initial employee Mario was super nice and polite. The job done on the truck definitely makes you not want to ever go back. The employee who walked me to my vehicle when they said it was done advised me that they vacuum the truck but that pet hair doesn't come out which I know is not true so I know that was a lie, then he said that they wiped everything inside down and shined everything and wiped the exterior down completely and waxed due to I paid 75 for the top wash with a hyper wax. Let's just say definitely not worth the 75 dollars.

Amazing wash and detail today. My Grand Wagoneer retains a lot of water in the window tracks and the service technicians were able to remove the excess water and prevent the usual water drips. The inside of my car was meticulously done. The screens were spotless of fingerprints, cup holders free of debris. Very happy, well done.

I had the exterior & interior services done today on my car. Hands down the best car detail I’ve ever had! Taylor worked incredibly hard for hours and made it look spotless both inside & out. He was very meticulous in the job and I will be coming back without a doubt… requesting him specifically. The white dog hair that was all over my car is now miraculously gone! I honestly can’t believe how amazing my car looks! The rest of the staff I worked with were extremely friendly and helpful, also! Worth every penny here for car detailing services!

The dryers caused a glass panel in front of my sunroof to shatter. It was in perfect condition until I went through the wash. The manager claimed I likely had a chip in the piece, making it structurally compromised. This isn't true. It was in perfect condition. Guess what they offered to "make it right"? Two free car washes. The part from VW costs $1,200. Yeah...those 2 free car washes definitely "make it right". I'm definitely not going to risk going through this car wash ever again. First and last time.
