Ridiculous behavior and attitude from a worker. He refused service to a customer during business hours. He was rude and disrespectful. Don’t bring your business here, they don’t deserve or appreciate it.

I needed my vehicle cleaned badly. So I waited about 2 hrs(three vehicles in front of me) only for a utility vehicle to slip in front of me to put(change)lights in Bay. No one comes out and say we need to do something in the bay, please bear with us. The wait is an additional 30 mins and then I get a wash. I spoke to the front desk about it and she said thanks for letting her know.

If I could give no stars I would. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. I was first in line waiting until they open at 8am supposedly. I knocked on the door, saw the TV on in the office but I was ignored. Decided to call and was told they open at 8 am I said well it’s 8 am now. I was then told go around to the back and they will help you. I went around back all doors locked no one home. Called again and was treated terribly on the phone as if I was bothering the person on the other end. I will never come here again, I suggest driving the 60 miles to the blue beacon.

Truck and Trailer together were $100 but the work not worth the money. I was'nt allowed to watch what they were doing and when I was able to have a look at it, they already went home. Result: the light in the building is so dim that they probably can't see what they are doing. I had to pull it out and then find out that there was still all the dirt and salt from up north on the axels, leaf springs and so on.

Recently took my RV here for a wash & Rain-X. They completely missed cleaning mud off the mud flaps and steps, left water spots all over the vehicle, did not get bugs off the front grill, and charged me $40. Would have given Zero stars if possible. Do not waste your money. You could do as well with hosing down with a garden hose & no effort.

Truck & trailer (SD) wash. Told me it'd be 20 more minutes so I went into the truck stop and came back in 15. Dude was yelling that the guy behind me was waiting. Told him flat out, "You told me it'd be 20 minutes, I'm back in 15, so what's the problem?" I then went to review the wash and began to point out some parts that they missed. He had the gall to say, "Hey, we do the best we can but we don't go back and do any more?" !!!!??? I said, "Oh yeah, you will. I'm not payin' you until it's done right" They did it with a bad attitude. Been trucking over 40 yrs and this is the first truck wash where the guy thinks he doesn't have to go over any spots he missed (included body and wheels in this case). See ya, won't be back again. Explained to the trucker behind me what happened and apologized for his having to wait and he said he was in no hurry and that they had just finished as I was coming back. Maybe they didn't like my Trump stickers on my cab. They sure don't have business or customer service sense.

Grill was closed, decent but small waiting area. They were "unable" to get the grease off my truck, said they had no hot water or the right chemicals to properly clean it. Didn't know this until after they were done and they still charged full price.

It was actually the Mountain Diner. Most excellent place to grab a bite to eat. The staff makes you feel welcomed. Plenty of seating. Well kept. Food was most excellent! It's located in the same area as the truck wash and the truck stop. Go you will enjoy.

Pleasantly surprised. One of the best truck washes I have ever gotten. Not rushed, took their time and did it right. They have a grill inside with a full kitchen and huge dining area for burgers, dogs, fish and such that’s outstanding. It’s actually a lot bigger menu than I had expected. Sat down and enjoyed my meal, even had time to enjoy it while my truck was washed. Clean restroom. Excellent experience. Thank you. No clue why there are so many bad reviews lol. I couldn’t be happier.

I was a little bit concerned about using this truck wash because of some of the reviews. I went ahead and stop this afternoon and got a little aggravated because the guy said the card machine reader was tore up and I had to pay cash well about 15 minutes ago the manager took a picture of the receipt and send it to me in a text message and called me to make sure that I got the receipt and this guy did an awesome job on washing my truck engine and all. So my advice to you would be if you want a good wash job stop in and give these guys a chance

I was very disappointed when the previous restaurant closed. However when this one opened I wanted to give it a try. Did not disappoint! Have only tried the burgers and barbeque sandwich. They were good enough to bring me back for more. I think they close around 3:00 or 4:00. The couple that owns it now are very passionate about serving good food.Certainly worth a trip there.

The man that actually washes the trailer and trucks did a good job…. As for the pricing of the wash out today !!!! $64.00 is steep and the attendant couldn’t give me a receipt,cash only When the manager came in as I was leaving , I asked for a receipt…. He questioned me about the price I was charged,then he printed me a receipt. No posted prices so we can see the rates, like in other facilities. I got the impression that they were not being honest about prices. The wash out toll maybe 5 minutes, simply because the trailer wasn’t that dirty!!! Glad my boss is paying for the wash out!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this trailer wash. When we arrived, another truck pulled in at the same time. Our wash was a simple trailer wash that would take only 5 minutes, while the other truck had a trailer full of mud that would take much longer. The owner told us to wait for 2 hours because the other truck arrived first. Despite our wash being only $50 compared to the $300 wash for the other truck, we were told to wait regardless. To make matters worse, the entrance to this place is extremely narrow, and the other truck was blocking the entrance as it dumped mud in the lot instead of moving into the wash bay. This left no room for us to turn around and exit. When we asked the other truck driver if we could go first while they were dumping mud, they demanded $100 to let us go ahead. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
