I came in with my car a hot mess. I have a toddler and my husband recently got sick in the front while driving. It was in terrible condition. Lonnie was super friendly from the very beginning and was great at communicating along the way. I was planning to take my son to a Halloween event and Lonnie was gracious enough to allow us to pick up the car a bit later. I drove almost a hour away to get to Lonnie and I would 100% do it again. 10/10 customer service and my 8 year old car looks brand new.
