Unlike the other automated car washes, this one actually uses soft cloth material. Much better for car paint! Also, the attendant always spends a lot of time hosing down your car before going in…other places don’t do that.

I wash my car a lot.Sometimes 3 or 4 times a week. This monthly plan works out great for me. It's a great wash to boot. The blow dry is amazing. Check it out.

When this location was reopened under the Valvoline brand, the service level dropped from excellent to barely acceptable. It's sad that the pandemic seems to have shuttered another great local business. The good news is that I've discovered other "new to me" places to get my oil changed.

I do A LOT of driving. Whether I’m in town or on gravel roads it’s important to me that my car gets a good wash between road trips. Between tree sap, bugs and road dust, my car can get pretty filthy on the outside. It’s convenient to have a monthly subscription to A BETTER CAR WASH. I should also mention the free vacuum stations too. I don’t need them often but when I do they have plenty available.

I love this carwash...best one I have used in a long time! I started using this particular car wash in 2022, and have been using it ever since. My vehicles ALWAYS come out looking really good after a wash here, and the service is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I now utilize the $35 a month offer for unlimited "Utimate" washes!

It’s my first time using this car wash and I like it. The car wash cleaned my car really well - my tires are spotless now after it got so much snow and dirt on. The staffs there were very nice and friendly - they greeted me with a smile, and made sure I put my vehicle on N when going through the wash.

Good wash but illegally charging processing fees if using debit card. Surcharging and processing fees charges on debit cards in the state of Illinois is illegal.

I got a wash just to see the quality of Better Wash. And I must say on the first cleaning, it brought my car back to life after it looked like a powdered donut from the snow!!! ✨ 👌🏽 I didn’t have use too much elbow grease afterwards to tidy up the remaining wet spots.

This place is a vast improvement from the last car wash that was there. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. The wash itself does a pretty good job as well. The price is very reasonable for what you get.

Friendly staff. Lots of services like vacuuming, air blower, towels, etc. I am most interested in undercoating service. I am concerned that their website makes no mention of providing undercoating. Staff at It's A Better Wash say that they do. But I am not sure. Why isn't it advertised as such? Smitty's Car Wash does mention it on their website as part of the Deluxe package. A definitive response would be helpful.

Made the mistake of signing up for a membership before winter started. They never gave me a customer ID, and I was never able to cancel my membership. Never responded to call or email, and they were closed half the time due to the cold. Still, they made sure to charge my card regularly, which I had no way to stop. It's been 3 months, been charged $115, and I have not gotten a single wash. I'm powerless to stop it. The carwash was good, but my membership experience sucked. Maybe it's just me

I just got back after visiting this place. I went in with a super dirty car. It’s an automatic car wash only (no self serve) and it did the job really well. Their staff is super nice. They have very good vacuums which are free for anyone who gets a car wash and there is no time limit on them either so you can vacuum as much as you need. I had lots of straw bits stuck inside my carpets and seats and the vacuum cleaned it all out, which is honestly much better than I expected. They also have a free mat cleaner which did a very very good job on my filthy car mats. Also, they have an offer going on their website where you can get a coupon for a free car wash. I used it and I didn’t have to pay a dime. All in all, a great experience. I will definitely go back.

Best car wash experience ever! The attendant was friendly & very helpful. Told him I was from out of town & needed inside clean for a wedding. He guaranteed the vacuum would get the dog hair & it did! Thanks for the extra dash wipes, I needed them. Would go to again if I lived here!
