The car did have some tire problems when we first bought it but once we brought it to their attention everyone at the dealership was willing to fix the issue so we could be satisfied with our purchase. EDIT: after taking my vehicle for service here three different times it blows me away the lack of consideration they have for their customer(s). The first time I came was a week after I purchased the vehicle for a seat cover they were planning on replacing. second time I came in was for a leak they apparently didn't know about/failed to mention. third time was after they fixed the leak they messed up the motor of the sun shade and it stayed open but wouldn't close, I should also mention I asked them to fix their mistake they made on the passenger seatbelt (doesn't retract like it did before getting leak fixed), I sent a message to the mechanics personal number AND left a note and it also seems like they have no regard how dirty they leave the vehicle NOR do they care about what they leave behind. an open blade left on my center console are we serious? customer service was good they let me drive 6 cars but I didn't expect to own the vehicle less than a month and come back for service THREE DIFFERENT TIMES.

Hands down a great dealership! Picked up this commuter car at the Iowa Auto Exchange. Alexander was keen at listening to what I was looking for and Todd was helpful at explaining how to transfer insurance from my previous state to Iowa. It was impressive how Sean talked about the dealership’s relationship with banks and how they are able to source the best deals. My new Ford Fusion was the perfect choice for a first winter of driving in snow. I will definitely buy my next car here too!

I went to this place with a car in mind I had found online, when I got there they had already sold that car. They wouldn’t take my jeep as a trade in, they told me to voluntarily surrender it back to the bank so I did, wrecking my credit (which I knew it would). I test drove a vehicle and was told the price per month was $600 and signed papers not even looking at the total price (I know major mistake on my part but my 1 year old was getting antsy). I got home and saw it was $27k I about had a heart attack cause I just traded my 2016 ford explorer in for $14k, I knew a 2017 ford edge was not even close to worth $17k. Only had it a couple months and the check engine light came on, called Todd, he said I could bring it back up but it was my only vehicle and I live an hour and a half away. Took it to a shop locally and they replaced the catalytic converters as they were completely clogged and replaced a couple other things, a few days after the check engine light came back on, called the shop they read the code as a misfire took it back in and they took care of it. The vehicle then left me stranded on the highway a few weeks later, I took it to a ford dealership and learned I had a crack in the engine. The car spent 3-6 months in the shop, fighting with the extended warranty company who kept sending the same engine, I ended up paying more than the car was worth in shop bills and the car was in the shop more than it was driving. I ended up letting that car go back as well, once again wrecking my credit. Since Todd wouldn’t take the vehicle back and I didn’t trust getting put into a new vehicle from them. Didn’t even have the car a year. They were very accommodating and nice when I went int to buy a car, kept texting me to write a review. Finally getting around to my review. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Went in looking for a car for my mom. We had some pretty specific requirements, and they went above and beyond to find what we needed. The one we got never even ended up on the website, they really looked to see what they could find to fit my parameters even if that meant something they just got in. The buying process is very smooth and i LOVE that their cars come from warmer climates, so the undercarriages are rust-free and then they do a protective coating on them. Had a quick and pleasant experience here. My dad and I went to multiple different dealerships beforehand that either didn't have the inventory we were looking for or were stingier on prices. This place had the car models we were leaning towards, and they outsource their cars from sunny states (so they lack rust and are generally in better condition than used cars that have lived through the winter.) We spent about 30 minutes checking out a car and test driving it; then about another 10-20 minutes negotiating and going through paperwork. Everything was very easy going and pretty quick. I would definitely buy here again if I needed another car.

Shortly after the purchase, during one of the coldest days of the year, the heater blower motor unexpectedly failed, leaving us without heat or defrost. I called Sean the next day and he got us in immediately to take a look. Their maintenance team diagnosed the issue right away and repaired it the same day — completely free of charge, no hassle and no questions asked. Great experience! Went to purchase a vehicle for my teenager. Todd was awesome and easy to talk with and worked with me. After we left we went to the gas station and realized the gas cap had a lock.
