I spilled gasoline in the trunk of my car about 5 days ago causing a strong gas odor. I called In and Out and they were able to come to my property, detail my car, and remove the smell from the vehicle. Albert came out to clean my truck and did a great job. The interior was filthy with dirt and coffee stains on fabric and he managed to get it out. He pressure washed the bed and washed the body He did an excellent job communicating and scheduling the appointment and was flexible with time. Prices were comparable to brick and mortar detail place you'd have to drive to and leave your vehicle. Recommended

Not only did he call me back that night but he worked me into his schedule...at a basic level I simply respect how dedicated they are to gaining new business. I’ve used Albert twice now with consistent results. There a big convenience to having them come to you. Both times I’ve used his service he called first to confirm and showed at the time scheduled. Unfortunately, I WILL NOT be using Albert’s service again!! There is ABSOLUTELY NO attention to detail. For a $300 detail they overlook a lot. Bugs on the front bumper, finger smudges on the leather, bugs on the windshield, door jams not touched etc. Don’t get me wrong, the vehicles were cleaned. But as another reviewer mentioned..the service could be likened to a complementary vacuum and wipe down at a car wash…for about $80.00 Again, there just isn’t any attention to detail in either of the two times I’ve used Albert. Adding insult to injury, when I pointed out several areas Albert explained them away saying “it wouldn’t come out”. After he left I pulled out some Bug Remover and everything came right off. The spot on my daughter’s seat Albert told me wouldn’t come out with his “most powerful chemical”. I removed easily with seat shampoo I had in the garage. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, so I went a little long in this review because I feel detail is important when doing same. If looking for a “top level” service with an attention to detail for your vehicle, I’m looking elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. The service IS NOT on par with the price!!!

Horrible service! Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! Got the full detail for $300 and my car looked like it was cleaned at a $25 drive through car wash with a complimentary vacuum. No attention to detail, cup holders and rims were filthy, leather wasn't cleaned car wasn't throughly vacuumed just an overall horrible job. I ended up having to clean it myself to show that things would come off they assure me wouldn't and justify why I refused to pay full price for the detail. Didn't pay full price but paid way too much just to have them leave after the disaster they called a detail. Will need to hire another company to redo the entire Vehicle.
