Jeff is an artist, and simply the best!! He's also a wonderful person. He has coated 4 cars for us, and we've been absolutely amazed each time. People are completely blown away when we show them the before and after pics (and the cars were always in good condition before). It really shows in the quality of his work! I have known Jeff for years, and seen more than one outstanding job done, and heard nothing but fantastic feedback about his work. I was shocked and totally thrilled with the transformation he did on the car I brought to him last week. I was looking for just a few basics and touch ups as I am selling the car. I had Jeff clear bra my whole front end plus the rocker panels and pillars of My Tesla Model 3. He and His Crew knocked it out the park. The difference with Jeff compared to other businesses is that he really cares about customer satisfaction and the quality of his work. He doesn’t just hand you the car keys when he’s done and send you on your way, but he makes it a point for you to return so he can touch up areas of concern or discuss whatever you’re unsatisfied with. I definitely recommend Immaculate Reflections 100%.

There aren't many specialists who truly know their craft to the extent that Jeff does. His attention to detail when taking care of my car's paint is evident on every inch of the car. The way my car looks now after spending a few days at Immaculate Reflections is unreal. It looks like it came right out of the showroom. Not only does he do great work, but he gives you the knowledge you need to take care of your car's look well after it leaves his shop. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than I do Jeff and Immaculate Reflections.

Paint Protection Film Awesome job from start to finish. Jeff knows his job and is great at explaining the process to you from start to finish. Had his team put Paint Protection Film on everything but the top and rear bump. Looks amazing and flawless. If your concerned about chips from the terrible highways rocks, get it done! Road work is aways being done and lose rocks are everywhere. Had a follow up appointment to review how things are settling in and Jeff really makes sure it is done right and amazes me how much care is put into the work. Highly recommend getting your car done here if you want it done right!

I did my research and after talking to several places, I chose Jeff to have my car paint corrected and ceramic coated. I knew it was going to be good but when I picked up the car, my jaw practically hit the ground. This man is a magician! My car had a lot of damage to the clear coat (previous owner left it outside a lot, I think). The car looks absolutely stunning now. Everyone who has seen it has been blown away by Jeff's work. Can't recommend enough!

My Red 2021 Tesla Model S was delivered in December. Shortly after, I started researching ceramic coatings in order to protect that beautiful color! I drive back and forth to Sacramento weekly on the River Road and the bugs were really bugging me. I looked for a reputable shop that would do an excellent job (not a "good" job). I found recommendations on the Tesla Owners Forum, but I really didn't want to leave my car in Fremont or LA. I was looking closer to home, but couldn't find a shop with excellent reviews until I gave up on the Tesla Forum and just Googled it. I called a couple of places, trying to get an idea of services and costs and durability, but for the most part I got a product name and a price, and everyone has mixed reviews, so who do I trust? I found Jeff at Immaculate Reflections and saw that he had nothing but 5 Star reviews...for miles and miles! Well, I think he had one 1 Star, but it was so obviously a hatchet job from someone trying to hurt him, I figured it must be from an unscrupulous competitor. When I called Jeff to find out what types of coatings he used and the cost, I was immediately sold on his customer service and professionalism. He explained each of his coatings and was actually interested in what I wanted over what he wanted to sell me! How refreshing! He took the time to school me on the coatings and the warranties and all the important stuff. He described in detail everything he did in the process, and by the time our conversation ended I knew he was the guy to take care of my sweet car. I had to wait 2 months for my appointment, but that was ok...I was confident that I found "The Guy"! I dropped my car off on July 6th and I picked it up yesterday, July14th. When Jeff took me back to see my car in his shop it took my breath away. Seriously. He was showing me what he had done, and pointed out some things I should know, but the whole time I was walking around gazing at my car in disbelief...it didn't look real! I just kept interrupting him in mid sentence with, "This is beautiful!!!" and "I can't believe this". "Better than I imagined!" He finally laughed and said that's the response he is going for. I am obviously 100% happy with the result and I am including some photos so you can see what I am so excited about. Jeff took photos that he will probably post on his Instagram...check it out...his photos are probably even better than mine. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny paid. I got the CQuartz Ceramic coating. Best of all, I feel like I made a new friend in Jeff. Oh, yeah! He delivered my car charged up too! Highly, Highly recommend Immaculate Reflections.

I’ve been a customer of Immaculate Reflections for 10 years. This is the third vehicle that Jeff has worked on for me. This time we did paint correction, full PPF and ceramic coating. Jeff spent a fair amount of time reviewing the car with me and addressed all my concerns. On delivery day, the car looked amazing. Once again, he did not disappoint me. The installation was done very well. I couldn’t tell that anything was done and the optics of the PPF is so clear that the paint still looked like paint. I truly believe in supporting and building a relationship with our local businesses. I keep coming back to Jeff because he is honest, professional and takes pride in his work. I found a car forum where Jeff's name was mentioned. Many people in the car community know him, so I knew I wanted him to work on my car. His work is incredible! It's amazing how much he can improve a car. My car had seen better days. The previous owner had neglected it, and it looked like it had been through some rough car washes. There were swirl marks, scratches, and water spots everywhere. The dealership tried to fix it with a quick polish, but the paint still looked terrible. Jeff has a real passion for his work. He takes his time and really cares about making your car look its best. Not many detailers are willing to put in the time and effort to detail your car like Jeff does. My car's paint looks brand new again, and it's even better than brand new. It has that deep, glossy shine. If you need quality paint detail, don't look anywhere else. Jeff is the best!

Jeff did an amazing job on my early build Tesla Model Y and made sure to keep me updated as much as possible during the process. The car already had 10k miles on it (with associated scratches and minor impacts), yet Jeff made it look like-new after touch ups and applying the paint protection film. I wouldn’t want anyone else working on the car’s detailing besides Jeff as his knowledge of the craft and skill set impressed me greatly. He’s also very welcoming of not just higher end sports/luxury vehicles but also lower cost autos as well!
