So thankful for the team at Ducky’s Car Wash in Brentwood tonight!! We rescued a dog and brought him in our car to the rescue center and on the drive there he had an accident. This was in the late afternoon and I rushed over to Ducky’s because I’ve always had great service there and today was no exception! They were close to closing time but I explained my problem and without hesitation they jumped into action to shampoo the soiled area, clean my car and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you all for saving the day!!

I've been going to Ducky's ever since Ugly Duck's carwash wrecked my paint. Ducky's is a full service that really puts care and attention to detail into your ride. They also do complete detailing and Headlight restoration (see picture). As long as I'm in Brentwood, I will not go anywhere else. My time and money is precious to me, and this carwash meets that need.

Used to be awesome. Not sure what happened. But a 5 min clean and inside not completed for 37.00 not sure if worth it anymore. Just don't seem to really wipe anything down any more but rather smudge more . No vacuuming as well. Crumbs and smudges left behind. Maybe towels are not quite clean. I used to love them

1st time here, considering the neglected condition my truck was in, and it's age they did a pretty good job. It's not cheap, but these people work really hard and it was over 100 degrees outside on this particular day. They did miss a few things like dusting my dash, but they did a great job hand waxing the entire truck and breathed some life back into the paint. Apartment life is not great for my vehicles as I can't just wash them whenever I want, this is a nice option and saved me from getting heat stroke😉

Not open during posted hours. No answering machine on local phone number. It is sunny day around 1:30 pm on Wednesday. It should be open. Do not buy monthly membership or get discount if no service available. This Brentwood location is not listed on Duckys Car Wash website.

First time at Ducky's and will be back again! It was about 5:30pm when I pulled in expecting to be turned away because it was so close to closing and it looked pretty busy. To my surprise the guy at the booth thoroughly explained my options and let me know it would be about a 30 minute wait after the wash because I chose the full service (exterior & interior). This was fine because again I was expecting to be turned away. I was impressed with the drive through wash, the guy thoroughly pre-rinses the entire vehicle before actually going through the wash, other places only get the front of my car. The drive through also wasn't the typical spinners with microfiber or what sounds like rubber strips slapping your car, there were huge micro fiber blankets that go over the top and sides of the car as it pushes through which was great, no more swirls on my trim pieces! The interior cleaning was great! Wipe down and vacuum was spotless, windows were all clean inside and out except for my back window. There were some water drips that probably happened after the fact which isn't a big deal. Like I said I was their last customer so I wasn't expecting immaculate but they sure did come close! Will be back again on a weekend and earlier in the day to see how spotless they can be!

I came to get my car cleaned and it was BAD! Leaves in and out, dust and dirt built up, for a long time on the inside. They accepted my car, and cleaned it like it's never been dirty! They blew my leaves out with an air hose!! They really put time and are into my car and now I love it again! Super friendly staff!! Thank you so much!

Whoever is managing this place is doing a horrible job. Every time I come in here the people working either forget something or they’re slow as hell. Also, who’s doing the hiring? Why are there four or five women in here who have no clue what they’re doing!?!? 2 stars for the Cpl guys who always make it right before I leave. O.O stars for the owner and manager! ALSO - the The towels leave so much lint that you have to go home and wipe the car down again…BUY NEW TOWELS. Lunch

Firstly, I wanna start this by saying that I used to really love this place. After returning to the Bay Area, I wanted to give it another shot, but was surprised when I learned that it was a completely new company. To keep the short, I really needed a lot done within my car so I paid upwards of $170 for shampooing, my leather seats, and a wax. Instead, I was left waiting 2 1/2 hours for them to complete a job that could’ve been done in one hour. I watched as they left my car sitting for almost 15 minutes before two employees felt bad and Tended to it because the other employee was really behind on the other car he was detailing. Needless to say, most of my car is clean, but I would say that it was a very rushed job, and I would almost demand a full refund because of the time wasted, and the lack of quality that came from the car wash itself. I’ve attached some pictures, they didn’t completely even vacuum my car and the dash is half wiped. I definitely will not be spending my money here again.

Took my suburban to Ducky’s for a full detail and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. My car was gross - like beyond gross - and now it sparkles. I’m not even sure it was this clean when I bought it lol. If you want a thorough detail, definitely choose Ducky’s.

Decided to have my vehicle wash and ceramic waxed today. Called 1st and Michael answered and quoted me with a price for interior, washed and waxed. Drove down and spoke 2 Robert who Michael had briefed about our phone call. Robert explained that the interior did not include the Armor All detailing and the leather seats. At the end of the day he gave me a good price to throw both of those Services in. Left the car I received a phone call about two and a half hours later that it was ready for pickup. Once I arrived checked out the vehicle and it was all good. David and Mario did a good job on it. Will return again for upkeep. I did forget to ask about a military discount, so do not know if they offer that or not. But I will ask next time; overall thank you to everybody!

The greeter, and servicemen David, Mario and Jesus were all extremely kind and professional about dealing with my absolutely filthy car. They got all the hay and barn mud out of the floors, got the seats cleaned extremely well, and overall did a wonderful job cleaning my car up and making it presentable and not utterly embarrassing. Have been coming here a while and recommend it to anyone who needs their cars cleaned quickly and professionally, especially us horse people. Huge thanks to all the gentlemen who helped me out!
