I WOULD RATE THIS 0 STARS BUT I CAN NOT. I called this ampm and got the most rudest guy ever. Please fix your workers.

Cracking at AMPM today, super short line for the wash 🙌 , with help outside, super helpful! And Alicia was able to give me my carwash code over the phone instead of going inside, great service!

Love the deals they offer in person also on the AMPM APP were they even give away FREE snacks through the app and the employees are kind and ready to help. Also the store is usually one of the cleanest gas stations you could go to. Keep up the good work.

I went to an ampm store at the 6481 Lone Tree Wy on Christmas morning to buy cigarettes. The clerk asked me for ID and I showed her my benefit card with my name and date of birth on it,her name seems to be bunnty, but she told me I needed a photo ID. I then showed her my passport and she actually tried to take it and check it. Is this what you allow? I'm thirty years old and I don't want to have anything unpleasant with anyone. I just want to buy a pack of cigarettes.

I come to this AMPM often specifically because of Ana! She works the morning shifts and not only is she the sweetest, most caring woman I’ve ever met but she is such an incredibly hard worker! Every time I come in she is working hard, setting up the morning coffee and food, ringing up customers and always with such a great friendly attitude! She even comes in on her days off just to help out other employees! I want the managers to know how lucky they are to have Ana working for them! It’s so hard to find good customer service nowadays and that’s why I go out of my way to shop only at this AMPM, because of Ana!

I entered the store with my toddler yesterday 8/30 at approximately 4:45PM. My son wanted a Slurpee, so we were at the machine in PLAIN view of the employees. I noticed there was an employee circling the areas we were in, not to mention I work Asset protection so I 100% know what customer servicing looks like it’s very easy to identify when an employee thinks a customer is going to steal. During this time, the gentleman asked me if I needed help finding anything, I assured him we were just fine. He continued staying in areas we were in, then randomly grabbed a duster and started dusting close to where we were. Then I noticed he started filling his cup up near us and continued questioning me. I felt extremely uncomfortable at this point especially being with my child and simply trying to treat him to a frozen treat and snack. After we picked out a candy I could still feel the gentlemen’s eyes on me and continuing to make little conversation. Once done shopping, I approached the register and suddenly no attendants were on the sales floor, a women appeared from the back room (I’m assuming there are cameras there being that I used to work at an AMPM years back) and immediately tells me she could ring me up which is cool. She rang my stuff up, I informed her that I would be buying lottery tickets as well as scratchers, she asked for my ID of course, no offense taken there. But she looked at my ID, scanned my ID, then proceeded to ask my how old I am when it was clear as day in front of her face when she observed my identification card . I’m literally born in 2000 so it doesn’t take rocket science to identify that I am 25. Then when I tell her I wanted 3 power ball and mega millions she looked at me and said “are you sure you want 3 mega millions they’re $5 each” as if I don’t have the money for it? This entire experience felt as though I was being treated like a thief! Especially with my child. As a convenience store, they made me feel like a major inconvenience. And to think this is the location my son asked to go to being that we were treated for nicely on our last visit is ridiculous. Those 2 employees need to understand how the way they treat guest can really affect them it was 100% unprofessional. Not to mention they do not get paid to treat customers that way.
