I have purchased at least 4 bottles of the concentrated car soap. I prefer not to mix it in a 5 gallon bucket because it does not sit well so I pour it directly into a foam cannon and use directly. This 4th bottle I purchased back in mid April turned into a thick lotion like consistency a few days ago. I contacted the company and spoke with Marshall. I sent him photos and a video of the product. I also told him how I prefer to pour it into a foam cannon rather than pre-make it in a 5 gallon bucket. He said that that was fine to do but not the recommended use. The product is a concentrate, it shouldn't matter how I use it. I requested a replacement bottle since the product seemed to have spoiled prematurely. Instead of offering any type of solution he proceeded to question me about the product and blame it on how I use the product. As I mentioned this was my 4th bottle and I used them the same way. He began laughing at me because he thought it was ridiculous that I asked for a replacement bottle. I even offered to ship the old one back to which he said he would take it back and evaluate it before considering sending me a replacement bottle. I asked for an email to ensure that it was in writing that a replacement bottle would be sent and again he laughed at me. He said he found it hard to believe that the product went bad, implying that it was something I did. If this is how this company chooses to do business than I don't want to be apart of it and I highly suggest everyone purchase products elsewhere. They clearly do not stand behind their products from the 1st drop to the last and will accuse you, the customer of causing the issue.

I purchased it in April of this year, and the product turned into a weird thick consistency.. I reached out, but zero hep.. I was told to just use as is. This consistency doesn't allow me to properly mix the soap in the foam cannon. Buyer beware..
