I was sideswiped by a deer. I called Hub City because they were recommended by my insurance company. I was very pleased. The staff is very friendly, especially the office pet. They took my car and it came back looking showroom quality. I was very pleased with their work and their level of customer service. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will be calling them.

For starters- they finished this in just less than a month when everywhere else was 6 weeks OR MORE to even START on it! They communicated with me every step of the way and returned my car in beautiful condition! They mainly do collision repairs but they work with all insurances and have a lifetime warranty on anything they fix! I can tell you they took care of everything start to finish and I seriously can't thank these guys enough for making this whole process super easy on me! Josh and his team were absolutely great! From start to finish, the process was so smooth. Josh immediately helped us when we walked in looking for an estimate. He composed one and emailed it over for us to review. He made a few adjustments for us and was quick to schedule the job. He handled all of the insurance paperwork, reminded us to get a rental, answered all the questions we had along the way and gave us an accurate timeline for when the job would be complete. The customer service we received will keep us coming back. The work itself that was done to our vehicle was beyond expectations! The team even took time to thoroughly clean the vehicle inside and out. It was way cleaner when we picked it up than when we dropped it off. Hubcity will always have our business! Wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone!

10 We’ve had three auto body needs in the last three years. Stone damage from highway, a deer, and a hit and run. Never pleasant when you have these events. But Josh and Debbie were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. And the skilled workers did quality repairs each time. The most recent they made our 18 year old car look new again. In fact it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. The need for going there was because of accidents. But choosing them was not! If you are reading reviews to make a choice, you won’t be disappointed if you go here.

I hit my 1st deer in Dec 2023. What an experience that was. I was so glad I used Hub City Auto Body & Painting for my claim repair. The process was very easy from getting the estimate, dropping vehicle off and then pickup. I was kept informed. Great customer service, repairs were completed and vehicle delivered on time. Keep up the great work. I think this is a great business.

They go above and beyond what is asked for. Great experience from walking into the office until you walk out when you get your keys when the job is done. They all are very professional. I even had an issue that was not their concern after I got my car back and Josh and his crew fixed it with no cost and no problem. Highly professional and highly recommend. Well worth the money and they are reasonable. Awesome bunch of people.

The left picture is the night of the accident can't really see the damage as much but the picture on the right is after my vehicle was fixed. I have no words it may not seem much but the damage was alot worst in the sun light and how it looks now I swear I thought I got a brand new car! They went above and beyond for me and im so grateful there's still honest and hard workers out there in the world that I can trust!! We have always brought our vehicles to hub city auto body, and was never disappointed. This time around we had a delay in repairs due to parts, but the end results made the car look brand new! My son was very happy to get his ride back in one piece! First three pics were of the damage caused by a deer. The last pic was the completion of the work!

Did a great job fixing our Volvo! Before and after photos. Couldn’t even tell the car was ever repaired. Replaced the headlamp assembly and did some CPU recalibrations on a pretty tech advanced car with zero issues. Can not say any more excitedly how happy i am with the work Josh and his team did on my ranger... I want to shout out from the roof tops and more that i cannot be happier at the quality job yall did on my Ranger... New years eve was the absolute worst! This is such an amazing shop with amazing employees. My car 2022 Kia forte GT got rear ended back on June 3rd 2025 on interstate 95 by a driver going about 50mph. Me being new to the Hagerstown area was looking up the best body shops in the area and hub city kept coming up with the best reviews. So I went ahead and told the other insurance company that is who I was taking my car to. Let me just say at one point the insurance company called me (the other drivers company) and said well we might have to total your vehicle. I was so devastated when I heard that being i had just gotten the vehicle. A few days later got another call and they said its going to be fixed. Now what the damage was i didnt imagine how anyone could make it back to normal. Well I was dead wrong. The crew that worked on my car did such an amazing job that it looks better than new. Thank you hub city for making my car perfect again. You guys rock. I definitely recommend hubcity for any body work. Before and after photos.
