I had three cars detailed and cleaned today. Very satisfied with the service and the results. I would highly recommend dropping the car off. Otherwise you're in for a hour and a half to 3 hour wait depending on how busy they are. Very nice waiting room with plenty of leather seating. That was in great condition and like most other waiting rooms in other shops. I appreciate this. Complimentary drinks and snacks also. Again, I recommend!!

I had my car detailed last Thursday and today they shampooed the carpets and headliner…. They both looked amazing (like a brand new car) , they were very friendly and I would recommend Hourglass Auto Spa!!

Have been here MANY times over the last two years and have referred several friends. Shocked to see the price increased by 45-50% (depending on the package chosen) since last time I was here. What was once a great deal has now become unreasonable for the service provided. Editing to add: to suggest that I am providing an inaccurate review further discourages me from returning. I based my 45-50% increase on the fact that your $35 option increased to $59 (68%) and your $59 option increased to $89 (50%). Additionally, in your response, you stated that the increases have been "incremental". When I expressed shock to the increase while at the business, the employee said that this is the first rate increase in seven years; that doesn't sound incremental to me. I will also add that after reviewing the "detail" that I paid for, the trunk of my car was not vacuumed thus negating the idea that the work is superior to what I can get elsewhere.

I am in shock with how horrible the customer service is here. Even from management. I have been here a few times. Each time they did a poor job with the detail. This last time March 19th was after the snow storm I figured I would give them one last shot. There was a wait. Lots of people and I had an emergency and had to cancel. This was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a refund. My bank has stated they have not received anything from them except the initial charge. When I called the manager was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I will be turning this over to someone else.

I got the $65 dollar wash. Usually when I go they do a good job but this time I feel like they didn’t even try to clean the interior. They still left dirty stains in my car. Definitely wasn’t pleased with the job.

I had not one but two details done here within a week due to dealer accidentally requesting basic detail first time. The basic detail still includes basic clean on inside and out. And at bmw is $149 The spa package is what I got the second time which is supposed to include full detail including shampoo and leather treatment. $199 After getting the car back I will say it looked great outside. Inside however has more to be desired. I’m used to random things getting missed it’s not my first time getting an auto detail but 👀 pics included below, I feel like the dash and instrument cluster should be the first focus…. I called this location and was just told how my dealer signed me up for wrong detail. If you review these pics this should’ve been cleaned on even a basic detail.

I just left Hourglass! Superb! Over the years I heard that the bugs left on your car cause the paint to be eaten away a bit. The bugs on the front of my car, even though, I washed my car at least once a month did this very thing. The manager at the car wash explained this and even tried to remove them. Even with more wax and elbow grease the bug splat did not budge. They were kind enough to show me and to try to remove them! I highly recommend them.

Used them since even before they were Hourglass. Bought the $89.95 executive package plus another $20 to have the engine compartment cleaned due to setting in a garage on a very well-kept truck previously only driven a few times a year. Engine compartment barely sprayed off, grime still on the wheel, hubcaps not in a state condusive to a hand-washing per package details, and above all, a nice paint chip on the hood that was NOT there when I arrived. After calling, I was told it had to be a rock or something. No ding like a rock hit. Nothing hit the windshield. Looks like a watch or jacket zipper from leaning across the hood, but what do I know. They offered to clean the wheel, hubcaps, and engine compartment, but no paint correction or touch-up on the chip. While I won't be using their services again, I will most definitely do a meticulous walk around before I leave the next place I do business with. Or just save $100+ and do it myself. Disappointed more than anything.

LAZY WORK for too much $$! Called ahead and was told there was a package for $65. I was going to sell my car after and want extra detail on seats-quoted $100 for seat shampoo. I had an appointment for 9am and was told about 3 hours. After 5 hours at 2pm I called and they said it won’t be done until 5pm(8hours later). Went to pick up and they said my total was $225! The lady was not helpful and I had to pickup my kids from daycare so just paid. But when they brought my car around the detail cleaning was poorly done. Seems like they didn’t do my car until end of day and had to rush. There was still dust on my air vent slates, the dash panel with speed, and the door pockets weren’t vacuumed or cleaned. I had pre-cleaned the car so there was no trash or personal items.
