We always have a great experience at Honda, especially with our service manager, Roy Sellers. Roy communicates so well with what’s going on and he gives you a number to text for updates. It gives me peace of mind to actually have a contact name and number when I need to follow up. They deliver what they promise and on time.

My service advisor was super helpful. Although I requested one service, he advised that a repair was possible instead of a full replacement, saving me thousands of dollars. This was by far the best experience with Honda dealership as others previously visited were not through leaving me to go to this dealership to repair what they should have. Mr Herman made the wait time while waiting for my car to get serviced go very smoothly. He was polite and courteous by keeping me informed and assuring me that I would not be waiting there as long as I had experienced with other service appointments elsewhere….He is a great example of how customer service should be exhibited! Need more reps like this in order for customers to feel comfortable and happier especially with drop offs and waiting for service work to be completed! Thanks and keep up the great work!

Every time I have been to Royal Honda for any type of service they are always friendly, courteous, and professional. I haven’t had the opportunity to have my same service advisor each time I visit, however that is fine because each one treats you same as mentioned. I would like to give a special recognition to Jeremy Mitchell who in my opinion went above and beyond his title due to the recent and I mean recent transition into their new building which happened to be the same day as my scheduled appointment. Even though Royal Honda was going through some growing issues, Jeremy was still “Johnny on the spot” keeping me updated with my vehicle’s progress. This was my first visit to Royal Honda's service dept.The team was flawless. Everyone with the service team had a certain responsibility making the overall experience worry free. They were busy but my wait time was minimal. I was assigned a team member that took good care of my visit from start to finish. I was told what was going to be serviced on my vehicle along with the cost. My salesman, Marco, when I purchased my truck promised to me that Royal Honda and him would take excellent care of myself and my truck for as long as i owned it. Felipe, our salesman, was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Honda odyssey I was buying. I had negotiated the price beforehand and he and Martin, the manager, didn’t try to tack on fees or extras. It was a very different experience than I’ve had at other dealerships when you go in prepared to be there all day. This was relatively quick, we would have been done in two hours except for being on hold with my insurance company. It was such a nice surprise and I’d go back to them for a Honda any day! ! And Felipe was awesome!

Received a text message from our service advisor, Roy, that the techs were able to start working on our car (maintenance service and 2 recall issues). Had an appointment this morning Came in with a minor issue. I knew exactly what was wrong and how it can be fixed. I pointed it out to the technician. They told me that they would need to run a diagnostic treatment to figure out what was wrong and would be $250 regardless if it was fixed or not just to find out what the problem was despite the fact, I told him exactly what the problem was. Also have a leather nose mask for the car was told to be $200 for installation a process that would've taken two guys less than an hour to do.

Aton and Marco are the men you want to work with! I had my previous car for 9 year so I was nervous about getting a new car. They made the whole new car process so smooth and easy! I went in on a Saturday to view cars and made the decision on a Tuesday. They had everything ready for me when I got off of work that day to where I didn’t have to wait for many hours. You probably have a better chance of getting someone at The White House on the phone than their servicing department. I brought my vehicle in yesterday because my TPMS was having problems, and after spending almost $2,000 for them to basically fix everything else on my car, my TPMS light is still acting up (even after I attempted to recalibrate it). I've tried calling my service advisor 3 times today and neither him nor anyone else in the department can seem to help me.
