The worst car wash I've ever been to. I got the $30 membership and they just wash your car, they don't dry it by hand and they don't even wash it properly. Never go there.

The service here is amazing! I never have issues with getting my car washed or cleaned. The customer service is great! I had taken my mats out just to dust out when Miley approached me and asked if I wanted my mats washed, it was very much appreciated! The membership is definitely worth it! (:

This is my second time here and in New Year’s day for the full service special on Wednesday’s and I gotta say it was far better the first time. I won’t say any names but it felt like the interior was rushed. Also it feels like my back trunk was not touched at all. Still a lot of dirt and easy to remove stains on the all weather mat. A lot of the interior marks I was able to wipe off with my hands. Sadly I probably will not be back again. Not expecting perfection but if i can point out marks and wipe them with my hands it says a lot.

Miley was great at her job drying my 6-inch lifted truck, and also the rims/tires without complaint. The care and dedication she showed was commendable to say the least. I appreciate all the workers outside in this Texas heat, and will keep coming back to this excellent car wash station.

my first time here was good. GREAT customer service. crystal came by to offer me some air fresheners (& gave me a few extra when asked 🤪). the wash itself was great. when i parked to vacuum, there were no towels in either towel station. so i parked in another section and again, no towels. i called & someone brought some to the stations. i had to ask where the sprays were. they were across the parking lot at a “stand”. you have to walk back and forth. i’m deducting a star because of these things.

Every time I come through, they’re respectful, hardworking, and genuinely take pride in what they do. Crystal (spelled C-R-Y-S-T-A-L) especially stands out. She has an amazing attitude, great customer service skills, and makes you feel welcomed the moment you arrive. Her professionalism and positive energy really set the tone for the whole team. Been here a few times and each was a positive experience. Conveniently located and well-maintained with better pricing than comparable washes in the area. Tunnel wash is great and more thorough than other places with a strong dryer at the end. Staff here has always been friendly and helpful. I was actually very impressed. I’m surprised actually how impressed I am with this car wash. They’re SUPER friendly and it seems like they genuinely care and don’t take you for granted as a customer. I feel like it’s a great deal too. After I parked in the vacuum section, Crystal came up to my car and offered me air fresheners in my choice of scent! I was so happy about that.
