I'm just telling y'all this is the best auto car wash in Knoxville. I love it! I love the way my car is after it goes through, I love that they have towels and things to clean your tires with, rub down your car, Finish drying it, make your windshield spotless, drying mirrors... things like that. They also have an option that you can add inside detailing as well which is ah-mazing!! It's not just any of the Harper Auto washes. It's only the one on Parkside. They do it perfect! If you get your car detailed, ask for Braxton!

I absolutely loved this Car Wash! I purchased the Rejuvenate Wash during the half price special, and I’m glad I did. The availability for the customer to use the free vacuums, tornado wands for dust, towels/sprsy, and air pressure gauges, I am more than happy to rate this Wash at 100%

Highly Disappointed. First time I tried Harpers and it will be the last. I have a brand new Chevy 2500HD with 1500 miles on. This car wash would hardly wash the dirt off the windows. Dust and dirt still on tail gate. Didn't shine tires. And the soft brushes leave marks on the paint. Worst 29.00 wash ever. Just really disappointed, nice facility poor car wash.

I really should have read through reviews before going here. $60 for a HORRIBLE interior clean. I’ll have to clean it myself now, which I should have just done in the first place. I will never go back. How are people continually wasting their money here?!

In the world of automated car washes Harper is on top!!! They actually have 2 employees washing the hard hit areas front and back. Most other washes do not. Their machine does a good job as well. Plenty of complimentary towels and cleaners. Vacuums that really work too!!! Keep up the good work!!

This is more like a Harper car dealership than a car wash. Orchids on the tables in the concierge area? A Feco Coffee grinder? An Elkay personal bottle refiller? Are you kidding me? This is not your father’s car wash! I was blown away by the kindness of Bobby Eggers who apparently is the manager but I didn’t realize it at the time. He was very patient and explained everything to me in great detail. He even accompanied me to the entry gate for my first wash to make sure the process was glitch free and it was. After this experience I immediately canceled my other car wash membership (starts with a Z) which can’t compare. What a benefit to get the interior done! While I’m waiting I’m sitting in a bright concierge area with a big screen TV, fresh coffee, clean rest rooms, snack bar, and huge glass view of a pit crew working on the inside of my car! Sell your stock in Z and P! The Wash is open 7am to 8pm. The interior bay closes at 5:30.

Excellent full-service was $77, and it was similar to the car being detailed (no trunk cleaning). Highly recommended for your high-end vehicle. The wait time after wash can run some time but free snacks, drinks, etc. Just bring something to do or read.

There is NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Got the restore and interior reboot one time car wash- was close to $60. The interior cleaning was suspiciously too fast and very poor: not all areas wiped down, dirty spots left behind in obvious places, all 4 doors had trash left over, and the cup holders weren’t wiped down. They didn’t even vacuum top of the seats as well as the sides/bottom. The waiting room smelled like urine. I will go somewhere else next time and will get at least a 4 star experience for this price without having to finish cleaning myself. I would’ve taken more pictures of the mess but my battery died.

I'm giving 3 stars because my wife's car was extremely well taken care of. The interior cleaning area was slammed when I took her car, but I was watching these folks and they took their time and made the car look fantastic. I came back a short time later with my Ford Ranger for the same exterior/interior wash and like one other person, I handed a tip to the kid, got in, and drove off. When I started looking more closely, the mirrors don't even look like they were touched, there was dust on parts of the dash, and overall the interior wasn't given the same amount of attention as the first car. I called their number, but was told I have to wait a couple business days for someone to get back with me. It's too bad they don't have someone who can answer the phone at the moment so you can describe the issue. Again, for the cost that they charge, things should have been considerably better. Now to see if they'll call me back and work with me on my truck to give me the same care they gave my wife's car. Edited Update I went over to the car wash and the person at the place understood where I was coming from and gave me a coupon for a redo which I'll take care of next weekend due to their hours. However, I was pleased with my conversation with the person and have updated my review to a 4 star and perhaps will raise it again once my truck is properly cleaned.

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service that I received from this gentleman KEENAN. His attitude alone sets him apart. From the moment I pulled in, he was upbeat, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell he takes pride not just in his work, but in how he treats people. I come in a lot and he always takes a brief moment to speak and ask how my kids and I are doing. Little things like that mean a lot! Keenan has a kind of positive energy and professionalism is rare these days and makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Because of him, this didn’t feel like “just a car wash” — it felt like real customer care. Harper Auto Wash is lucky to have someone like Keenan representing them. I’ll absolutely be coming back because of his service and attitude. Highly recommend and the prices are pretty spot on with their competition in Knoxville.

My first visit at this location. Positives: Hudson worked with me on an auto issue. He also walked me through what to expect. He has a lot of patience. Needs improvement: signage. Nothing on the office to identify it as office. And you have to walk thru the “cleaning alley” to get to it. The directional arrow signage is too small.

Decent wash, interior clean was trash. Scratched the hell out of my leather on a 2023 Range Rover back seat to the point it’s peeling. Tipped the guy $10 as well. They dragged the vacuum across the bottom panel off the door cleaning it leaving scratches as well. Didn’t think I had to do a check after leaving but they clearly don’t care about others vehicles.
