Great place, just had one small problem. I thought it was signing up for the rest of the month and it turned out I was signing up for an ongoing plan. Caleb, the gentleman that runs the entire group of car washes called me immediately, and we figured out what the problem was. It was an honest mistake that had been addressed and I’m very thankful that they’re one of the businesses that get back to the customer. I will definitely continue using them as I believe they are honest people, after this experience.

The Harper Auto Wash in Hardin Valley is great! Very professional employees, very helpful, the vacuums are great and they always have plenty of of towels and cleaning product. Upon my last visit I even got a complimentary tire cleaning by an employee. Highly recommend Harper!

I drive a RAM 2500, I've used the service 3 times and all 3 times I've literally washed most of the vehicle with the little towels. The first time there were only 2 and after I got mine, 3 more people looked but never got any. Today I noticed the side brushes spin so slowly they do not even touch the upper portion of my side windows. Also the type of brushes they have are made of a terry cloth type vs an actual brush and the 2nd time I went through there was what sounded like a stone hit the top of my vehicle. It's very convenient for where we live and work as it's on our way to and from so I hung in there. Today, again had to wash many areas of my truck with the towels, used 6 because the air dryers do not really do a great job. I've cancelled my acct and hope that car owners have a better experience.

After the management changed here, the quality in car wash is horrible! You pay $19 for the basic car wash and it doesn’t even clean your car. We use to pay $8 just last year for the basic and cleaned so much better. The employees working are always on their phone and only one gets up to kinda spray the foam on the car and swipe at the car with the brush. Before, two employees would actually wipe down your front and back mirrors and hood to actually clean and get the grime off. We had a membership but will not be renewing. So frustrating to increase price and downgrade in quality.

This wash used to be pretty good with former owners. The last 2 washes I have taken my car thru with the $24 package, allegedly including tire shine, have been mediocre and NO TIRE SHINE. My last visit was on 11/14/25. The girl outside trying to up sell a package asked for my cell number, in order to get confirmation receipt. She entered it in the touch pad. I paid the premium price, pulled my car out after the wash, and went to the office. Got out, looked at my tires and zero tire shine! I tried calling the phone number on my receipt and out of order. I then Googled the car wash and called the number on the web page. Of course, you get an AI generated assistant that took my complaint, phone number, and said a representative will contact me in 2 business days. Today is 11/21/25 and no follow up. Oh, by the way my phone only has gotten spam advertisements from Harper Auto Wash Hardin Valley and I paid more and got less. I blocked the Harper number and am leaving a negative response for poor customer service and quality. It's not worth my time to try and get a refund of the added $5 tire shine. Good luck when you buy a wash and go thru the wash....

Good clean car wash all vaccums work, they have clean towels and cleaner spray to use as well. The main thing I liked was employees on either side of the car doing some prewash scrubbing! Don’t see that at most car wash’s around here. I will be back for sure!

Would never recommend!!! Horrible wash experience!! Just went to Harper auto wash on Hardin Valley. No one was working the kiosk and then when I got forward to have my car washed. The gentleman didn’t even want to acknowledge me. He barely directed me into the bay was reluctant and seemed ticked off. The only soap I saw was the soap that he put on my front wind shield during the actual car wash there was absolutely no soap involved! Only water! If I wanted to spray my car down with water, I would’ve just use my hose at home definitely not worth the money! And I ended up with a very sad 4 year old who keeps asking where the bubbles were! (Added photos to show that you can only see where the brushes barely touched it. Car is still completely dirty!!) DO NOT Waste Your Money!

Extremely impressed by Harper Auto Wash! I’m usually skeptical of the express car washes and usually just hand wash my truck, but WOW am I glad I went through Harper on Hardin Valley!! My truck was disgusting from the weather & salted roads, but it came out looking like it had been hand washed & detailed. Isaac was extremely helpful to me too. He pressure washed my floor mats & got all the grime off them. Very appreciative of him going out of his way to offer to do that for me! I’ll definitely be going through Harper Auto Wash on Hardin Valley regularly.

Love to get my car washed here. The staff is very helpful and polite. The facility is wonderful. I had very dirty car due to parking under the tree and they washed it with power spray water before starting the car wash to get all the leaves, pollens, and dirt out of car. The vacuum at the facility are great and there are plenty of them. Highly recommend to get your car washed here.
