It's a great place for Quality tools. I purchase all my tools here. Excellent prices too. The tools are top quality and if the tools should malfunction or break they will replace them for free. They have a wide variety of tools, ( hand tools, power tools, house hold tools, air compressors, car tools, hand trucks and dollies, plus a whole lot more). Go check them out.

I've spent hundreds of dollars here in the last 2 months and would have continued. But I just returned a new unopened item, and was charged 20% restocking fee. I work in retail and am familiar with restocking returned items. There's no justification for restock fees 99% of items, let alone 20%. You just lost a customer and are providing great advertising for Lowe's and home Depot.

They have some really good prices. I bought a solar outdoor light with motion sensors. It's pretty bright for my dog when she is out past the porch light range. I put it up in a tree where I know it won't be obstructed by leaves in the summer hours. She may not care about the light but I like to be able to see her.

This location is pretty clean both inside and out and has a good amount of stock for a smaller store. Staff is courteous and helpful, but this store seems to be understaffed at times which might be due to the amount of foot traffic at this store. The staff also looks overworked and overwhelmed at times, but I have never had a bad experience with any of them and they seem to work very hard for both the company and the customer. The more popular items on sale go pretty quick as do the free flashlights so it's best to get there early if you are in need of something.

Friendly staff that knows their products! Sure, you may question the low cost vs. durability on said tool but in my opinion, they do have a no questions asked return policy on them(just make sure it's still under warranty of either the receipt or the in store extended warranty) & if unsure, they are glad to be asked about it!

Love the manager there Rhonda she is fantastic super sweet person but some of the things they sell there are not accurate in their description especially the 10 by 10 canopy It's actually an 8 by 8 says 10 by 10 on the box but after you buy and take it back and put it up it's an 8 by 8

I was shopping for a television full motion wall mount and found it in stock at an incredible price. Seth the clerk was extremely helpful in helping me find where it was stocked. Ok, this is a place you can always walk into and find something you want.. you may not always tell your name brand friends but you can't lie and say you would not buy stuff in here... staff are usually always helpful when needed. And now their tools have life time warranties.... why not spend less and have that.

I enjoy a great Milwaukee tool or quality item and oddly enough, I sometimes find that level of smile factor at Harbor Freight. We have found some of their items to be quote a good value such as the metal cutting carbide saw blades. We use them on the Evolution brand saws and find thay the HF ones hold up longer and for less cost. Double win! As far as the stores, I typically find them to have helpful staff and they serve the customers relatively well.
