Walked in the door, found half of what I wanted, found an employee walking towards me, asked my query, was told product was out of stock. Darn. Employee said wait, new shipments are right here. He found the other half of my want list. I was grateful, he was happy that he was able to help me. He is the best and worth every dime of his wages. Thank you again youngster! Then I paid and was on my way home with my treasures. Less than 20 minutes. That's efficiency.

2024 update. When in today and was helped with finding items by very friendly staff. Ask for the manager, and told him what a fantastic store this was. I'm a long time fan of harbor freight and most of my tools are purchased at one of many stores. The manager's name was was Salim. The person that helped me was another member of management named Jimmy. Staff here is fantasc always find exactly what I'm looking for very knowledgeable the manager Saleam and his assistant manager are extremely helpful and always try and find the best price. Always willing to help in finding items, and very accommodating for people with disabilities. I go here probably a couple times a month. And I have to say it gets better and better every time.

If you want to save money buying tools this is the spot. I don't need the tools i use around the house all that often so even though some of the tools may seem like a cheaper version of say other high end companies who cares when you save hundreds of dollars in the long run. They keep the store pretty stocked up and the staff are nice.

Sarah and Hannah ROCK!!!! I went into the store looking for cooling towels and they didn't have any, but they told me which stores did gave me directions and even called ahead to make sure that the store could hold them for me. Best service ever thank you ladies. My kids and I are going to have a great time at great America in the heat thanks to you

Went in to get a jack. Asked a manager if there's more in the back. He told me he'll check after giving changes to his cashier. After doing that he just disappeared and never got back to me. Waited for five minutes.

Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of good stuff for great prices. It's like the adult version of toys r us for me. I could be in there for hours just perusing the aisles and thinking of ways I could use items on the shelf.

I used to think harbor freight was a trash company with low quality tools and horrible service. But over the years I've come to see that the tools and products are actually really decent and sometimes great quality and with that a value. So I USED to think HB was a trash company with low quality tools and horrible service. After HB built new stores in the area, especially the one one Oakdale road (which has amazing customer service), I realized that my years of low expectations and horrible customers service are just a result of this particular store. Like dang haven't been here in years and a soon as I walk in the person at the register (a supervisor too 😂) already giving a bad attitude. She always has that "if you don't like it, go somewhere else attitude ". So I haven't been there for years, but that day my regular store was out of stock of a tool I needed. So I'm happy that there are other HB stores around that do treat customers like rockstars. I recommend you go to those and avoid this one if you can.

Don’t waste money or time with them and I have to do give them one star . because otherwise they won’t let you add the review . robber don’t even deserve 0 star . they sold me defective piece and top of that. They charge me 20%. Fee for return

I believe Sarah was the cashier who assisted me a couple of nights ago. Oh my gosh, what a delightful woman! She had longish blonde hair, I believe. When I asked her how long she had been working there, I remember her saying somewhere around 7 years? I was pretty tired so I don't remember the details. To be honest, I always get very good service at Harbor Freight, but my experience with this super friendly, bubbly lady was really over the top awesome! Give that woman a raise!
