They are slow because it's hand wash ...and they are detailed on cleaning. Just not sure who could complain about a great 10 Buck wash!

Sat in line for over an hour, with only 2 cars in front of me. Once you are in line, you are stuck. The wash wasn't good. The old owner did an awesome job. This service has went downhill bad since it was sold.

Dropped my truck off at 845a like I was asked to after talking to the detailer. Got there no one was there, called the manager to get another one out of bed. Was asked to leave keys and someone would be right there. So left my truck there at 9a, came back at 3p and it hadn't been touched and the only excuse was theres 3 of us here and we havent had time. Pispicable

I will never go there again, I can certainly wash my car myself much better!!! My rims looked like they weren't touched...barely at best. Big missed spots down the sides of my car and bug guts on my windshield and backs of my mirrors. The roof looks like it wasn't touched and my grill was left nasty. So waste of good money and why bother!!!!!!!!! Never ever again. I'd be ashamed to own that place! Nasty... A two year old could do better.

Brought my brand new 2020 Tacoma in for its first wash. They would have been better off using 400 grit sandpaper as it seems 300 is too rough on the clear coat. I've never seen so many scratches from a simple hand wash. I even left a 7 dollar tip smh

Don't be in a hurry if there's a line, but you can be fast or good and they do a good job. Cleaning wheels (tire shine is free) & all. I took my truck that had mildew on it and they got it all. I drive a large f150 & wasn't sure it would fit in the building but it slipped in just barley.
