I paid 100 bucks for the service—car wash + waxing! But when I got home, I found they didn't even wash the roof! Not thorough at all! There are also some scratches on the car! Oh my god! This is a brand-new car I just picked up yesterday! How awful!! Don’t ask me why I didn’t question it on the spot! Because I trusted their work quality! It wasn’t until my wife inspected the car that I found out! I was really careless! Please check your car properly before leaving! This is sincere advice!

Brought my car in for a full hand wash and detail, and I’m seriously impressed with the results. These guys don’t rush—every inch of the car was cleaned with care, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The paint looked glossy, the rims were spotless, and even the door jambs were wiped down, which a lot of places skip. Inside, they got rid of all the crumbs, pet hair, and dust that had built up. The leather was cleaned and conditioned, and the whole car smelled fresh without being overpowering. The staff was professional, friendly, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. My brother asked me to bring his car in for a hand wash. And I just happen to see this place as I was passing by. As you can see it’s shiny and spotless! I recommend the clay and wax besides the regular hand wash. Before the car had some grit stuck on it from the previous rain and dirt. And they got the job done! I wish I took a before and after photo. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to get the car wash here. They also have a stamp card, after 5 washes you can get a free one. Or you can do 10 free washes and get a free wax I believe.

Hand wash, never rush. These guys have passion for cars. May be a little more than some other places but you can get 6th wash on the house after the 5th, maybe works to be about the same.

1 star – Beware: They treat new customers okay, but regulars get trashed! First couple of times I went here, the wash was mediocre at best — nothing special, but passable for Brooklyn standards. Thought maybe it’s worth becoming a regular. HUGE mistake. Once they see you’re coming back often, the effort drops to zero. Brought my brand new Lincoln Navigator recently, and they handed it back filthy in spots, with fresh scratches and swirl marks all over the paint. These people clearly don’t care once you’re hooked — they just rush through and damage your car. Incompetent, lazy, and now destructive. If you value your vehicle (especially a luxury one like mine), go once and never return. This place is a trap for repeat customers. Avoid this dump completely!
