Billy and Roger provided an excellent wash for my car. I don't mind doing my own washing, but sometimes when enough muck builds up it helps to call in the big guns (especially for the wheels). Billy was prompt and showed up on time, and he and Roger were pretty efficient -- all told, about a half hour for a thorough exterior wash and interior clean and wipe-down. Yes, it's more expensive than an automatic car wash, but if you want to keep your paint swirl-free (or you drive a ragtop like me), this is a pretty reasonable price to pay. If you want a good quality wash for your car with a crew that comes to you, give Billy a holler!

Billy was GREAT! So professional from the get go, called him Sunday morning and he was able to schedule a time to come to my house at 8am on Monday. He was prompt in his timing, and he even made sure to send me a picture of himself beforehand so I knew who I should expect at my front door. I had him do a full detail, inside and out, and get my car ready to sell. He made sure to detail and clean the entire engine, as well as make the rest of the car sparkle inside and out. I will recommend him to anyone needing a detail for their car, or just a refresh on their car!! I will be using him again.

They must have used dirty towels or did not change them out as frequently as they should have because they left DEEP scratches in my brand new car that do not look like they will buff out. Overall my experience working with Billy, the owner of Hampton Auto Detailing, was exceptional! He was super responsive and communicative, respectful and polite and also very intuitive! He worked very efficiently as well! If you want a nice and fast clean for your interior and exterior I highly recommend Billy! I learned some things about the top coat on my own car that I will put in my pocket for the future. Billy got the hardest part of my car cleaned and did it in an incredibly short amount of time! I have a German shepherd and a husky and their fur was everywhere after a few long roadtrips. And when I say everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. I was really looking forward to this detailing job, and I can confidently say that I am pleased with the service. There were a few details that were missed that I'll have to do myself, which is a little disappointing, but for the price I strongly believe it was a job well done. My rear view mirror and moon roof, headlights, corners of the windshield and around my rear license plate looked like they were missed entirely, or just not given as much attention as the rest of the car, but I seriously can't complain because he got nearly all the fur, except for on the ceiling, out. Major props to Billy for that. I would absolutely go back to Billy again in the future. Hopefully next time with less fur!

Not sure about the other reviews. I had chose this detailing service because of the good reviews, however, after the job was done I still had to point out obvious swirl marks on the exterior to Billy and an older guy which he seemed nice but needed direction. The interior also had obvious missed spots such as small crumbs on the center console. For the price you pay for detailing you would think they would pay attention to the details, which doesn't make sense. It was a sub par job for something you expect top quality from. This is not work I would even want to recommend to a friend, unfortunately. Definitely would look into other detailing services. Billy even made rude, unnecessary comments which was uncalled for. I was never rude or disrespectful in any way and would not expect this from someone who runs a business, especially with word of mouth being a big aspect.
