Great place to clean your car. I suggest getting into their monthly membership, worth it. Their cleaning system is far better than anything in town. Free vacuum and mat cleaner is a great plus.

Car Wash would be great if it only rinsed your car completely.I have complained to them several times but every time I go back thinking they must have fixed this probblem by now, I still leave and when my car drys I have small SOAP spots all over my car.Maybe this review will wake them up but I wouldn't count on it.

I went to the car wash. I need to get my side mirror trampled with a brush. Damage was done. I reported the damage and within a few days spoke with one of the managers. He informed me that he would have it repaired. A few weeks went by and now they are saying they don’t remember saying they would fix the side mirror. The manager even elaborated on them purchasing new blades, would scratch The cars because the products were not consistent. They are more places to go. They can pick up and move. When you do people wrong it catches up with you.

This morning at Auto Spa Express in Hagerstown I accidentally vacuumed one of my wireless earbuds. I asked a young lady in the office if she could help me. She didn't hesitate to quickly and methodically search the vacuum apparatus and, lo and behold, she found it. And, all with a pleasant attitude and a smile. Thank you!

While the facility appears new and vacuums are free to customers, I always seem to have problems with the monthly club scanning process. I purchased the monthly membership for convenience but the system does not recognize my license plate. I spoke to the front office and they gave me an alternative windshield sticker to use, however, their system STILL does not scan it. I ended up having to purchase a one time wash because I was holding up the line trying to get my plate to scan and they refused to refund me the money. While I’m sure others have a great service and no issues, every time I came here, it was always something to deal with.

I just have to say that the management is great here, really willing to help you and work with you. Good attitudes and very welcoming. Very good experience!!! I love that I can stop in and vacuum my vehicle out anytime I want with their amazing vacuum cleaners. Makes clean the interior of a full size van easy!!! Love you guys!

Really decent car wash location. Opted for the basic wash which did a great job cleaning the exterior. The nice part about this location is that they have vacuum cleaners, an air compressor and clean towels to wipe the car down. The suction wasn't the best, but did the job. There are also plenty of trash cans available to clean the interior of your car out. Overall worth the price and a good experience!

This is simply the most amazing car wash in the entire world. If you're wondering which one to choose, stop looking and come here immediately. My recent visit is a perfect example of why. I stopped by for what I thought would be a quick wash and vacuum. But in a moment of panic, I managed to lock my keys inside my car! I went inside, embarrassed and flustered, and was met by Katherine and Ashauna. They couldn't have been more wonderful. Their kindness, patience, and immediate desire to help completely put me at ease. Then, a gentleman named Josh rushed to my car and, with incredible professionalism and care, unlocked it in record time. He was amazing, careful, and truly saved the day. I can’t say enough good things about this business. The staff is absolute top-notch. They don’t just wash cars; they take care of people. I’m a customer for life!

Not a very clean wash, everything felt rushed and confusing. It feels like water barely touches your car before you're rushed out of the other end. The whole experience was stressful and it felt like cars were spaced far too close to one another to be effective at washing.

This car wash was run every efficiently even with dozens of cars lined up. However, I was a bit disappointed with he quality of the wash on ny first visit. I paid for the high tier wash which was supposed to include a 3 step wheel clean and tire gloss. The wheel clean was very poor with plenty of dirt still visible and there was zero tire gloss applied. The wash on the body of the car was good so I would probably go back for that but wouldn't bother on the higher tiers that are supposed to clean the wheels.

I have a multi-car monthly package and use it often! What impresses me about Auto Spa is the customer service! Whether it is helping to add a car to my account, or retrieving a lost ring in the storm drain (long story), they have been great! Had a wonderful conversation with the manager, Sam, today to let her know how impressed I was with her staff! I also am impressed with the cleanliness of the vacuum area! Highly recommend the monthly program!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and hands down the absolute BEST CARWASH EVER!!! What a great value! The free vacuum and mat cleaning was a huge added bonus! I just wished they were an Auto Spa closer to home!
