I have been to multiple in person certification classes over my 26+ years as a technician. By far this is the best lead class by John who shows you real issues you will see in the field. Hafer always does a wonderful job for training courses, my experience in dispenser school with Scott as my instructor was absolutely fantastic. The information was presented in a way that suits many learning styles and was constantly fun and engaging. Had hafers out the other week to do our stores monthly inspection which is usually done by their one employee Kyle who has always been very nice and helpful. If we ever have any other issues we didn’t get a chance to call in yet he tries to at least look at them and try to give us an idea of what could be wrong and explain what to say when we have to call in. My co workers and Ive never had issues with him or any other employees that come out and fix our gas stuff.
