I'm very impressed with my experience Vincent helped me out in a major way. He was very kind ad respectful he handled business in a timely manner and was able to help me get a vehicle to my liking. He was very perfessional and during the process of waiting on paperwork to be finalized He treated me and my wife to the food truck and made us very comfortable. My experience was a very good one and I thank him for taking care of my needs. Me and my family are really enjoying the vehicle. He did an amazing job down to helping me find one to him just being a very good salesman.

I broke down in Mississippi while traveling from Florida and had my truck towed to gulfport Nissan of Mississippi. Worst decision I could’ve made. For context: my truck was literally at a Nissan dealership in Florida the SAME DAY before this, where they diagnosed a misfire, updated the ECU, and told me I was good to go. I made it to Mississippi and then broke down. gulfport Nissan kept my truck almost an entire month. Over that time, they played parts-roulette with my money: • First they told me it was the mass airflow sensor — I paid for it. • Then they said that wasn’t the problem. • Then it was the throttle body — paid to have it cleaned. • Nope, still not the problem. • Finally, they claimed it was the catalytic converters and tried to charge me nearly $5,000 to replace them. I refused. Even after declining the repair, I still had to spend about $1,000 just to get my truck released, and it STILL DIDN’T RUN. I had to tow it all the way back to Florida. Here’s the kicker: once I got it home, I changed the spark plugs myself — a basic, cheap repair — and the truck runs perfectly fine. After all was said and done, I wasted almost $3,000, lost a month of my time, and was left stranded out of state, all because this dealership either couldn’t diagnose a simple misfire or didn’t care to. This felt incompetent at best and predatory at worst. If you’re traveling, broke down, or vulnerable, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I trusted a Nissan dealership to properly diagnose a Nissan — that was my mistake. After all of this, the dealership told me they would issue me a $500 refund. That refund never happened. Instead, they only refunded $170, with no clear explanation and no follow-up honoring what they originally promised. So not only was my truck misdiagnosed multiple times and held for almost a month, I was also told one thing and given another when it came to my money. This just adds to the pattern of poor communication, incompetence, and lack of accountability

Superb experience!!! After experiencing the worst service ever- at Nissan Premiere - Metairie. In the Metairie location, the experience, from entering the lobby, floor manager (super rude), to fiance manager (horrible personality). Made you feel as if they are doing you a favor, promises that cant deliver, and a total failure in the communications area. Very sad! Feel bad for those who have purchased from Nissan Metairie...they deserve better! Thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle....Purchase from Gulfport Nissan!! you wont regret it! Go see Matt!!! Had an amazing purchasing experience at this dealership, Matt was knowledgeable and professional, he made the whole process simple and transparent. The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming, no pressure sales tactics, some products were brought up and discussed but were not forced. I’ve been to some horrific car dealerships over the years but Gulfport Nissan was very kind to me. Got a great deal on a Toyota Tundra, extremely happy with my purchase. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle without all the fees and B.S. provided by other dealerships. Definitely coming back for my next vehicle purchase. On Nov 13th'25 I bought my 2026 Nissan Kicks and Jodi Taylor the Sales Agent, was so Honest, Knowledgeable, Professional, Cheerful young lady and very attentive to what I want. I meant, I could not ask for more with her professionalism.
