Felipe and his team did very thorough and detailed job with 3 very dirty cars. He communicated in advance, and arrived with his team on-time, was well prepared with everything they needed, and didn't even hook up to my water faucet. They worked hard and even found a way to keep the cars in the shade despite the hot summer sun and spent about 2.5 hours ver vehicle leaving them shiny and spotless and looking like they were ready to be sold on a dealer lot. I highly recommend Great Basin if you are in the Reno/Tahoe area.

After spending a couple of weekends of exploring, my pickup was covered with a bunch of Nevada pin striping from the sage brush and buck brush. Philipe was amazing! My car looks better than when I got it from the dealership. He was able to even get a sunscreen stain out of my passenger seat that I thought was going to be stuck there forever. Felipe did an amazing job on our motorhome. We called him on short notice and he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. We’ve been on the road for quite some time so the motorhome was pretty dirty. He arrived early and explained all the products that he would use on our motorhome. He was very polite and professional and got our motorhome back to looking like it came off the showroom floor. If I could give Felipe more than 5 stars I would. Friendly, efficient & he did an AWESOME job with our very, very dirty motorhome on a hot, hot day….all with a smile on his face. We were just passing thru Reno/Sparks on our way home after some boondocking. We asked the Sparks Marina RV Park (also excellent by the way) if they let mobile wash people in & if they could recommend someone. He answered the call, made room for us in his busy schedule & we are very greatful.
