I've gone to this car wash on quite a few occassions. So friendly! Happy to give your wash a good headstart. I'm considering an unlimited wash subscription but need to make sure I get the years of crud off before I get it waxed into the coating. Great pricing, too.

I paid for a showroom detail which cost just over $400 dollars. Had a scheduled appointment and they knew what type of truck I had. Inside of truck was pretty clean, however they didn't clean the bottom portion of door jambs well. The bed of my truck they didn't wash at all. Still had all the dust on it, everywhere and I mean everywhere. Rims still had brake dust in them. I can't believe they charge that much money for such bad work. Even talked to the lady working on my truck the bed wasn't washed. I ran my finger across it to show her. She took out a spray can and towel as if she was getting ready to wipe down my bed with that. I was already disgusted and left as it was 5pm.

They always take care of the details, never leaving a job half done, and make suggestions when necessary. I also appreciate the always free car wash with the oil change. I wish I knew the names of the employees that washed my truck. The young lady that was the first interaction of your business was so polite, kind, helpful! What a great representation of your business. She suggested upgrades, answered my questions and seemed like she wanted to be there! The crew that washed my truck did an A-1 performance and the fella that waxed it made it shine like new! There were valuables in my truck and they remained in my truck. I only mention that because I'm a retired police man and know that employee theft does occur but not at your business. Great Job! Looks brand new I even saw an employee open the gas tank door and clean inside. I was there on Sept. 13 at about 8:30 am if that helps identify the excellent staff you have working for you.

I was charged $150 for a coolant flush , 2 weeks ago and my overflow isn't full to the line??? Tried calling them to discuss the situation and no answer.. No excuse for this to happen, I should be given a refund, I even waited a week or more just to get it done because they were out of coolant at all stores..

Paid for a showroom detail... they have ruined the car!!!! The roof and hood look like they stripped all the paint off.... my vehicle was black when I arrived to pick up my hood and roof were white!!!! Said sunspots.... it was black this morning when dropped off!!! While they have now washed off the white wax from my black car, they said it was causing the problem... it still looks like you took a sander to my hood!!!! Beyond furiated!! Told me to give it a week and wash again and should be back like it was!!!! Seriously I just paid them for a FULL DETAILS most expensive package they have and tell me to wash again in a week and it will look ok..... NEVER EXPECTED THIS!!! Seats still had dirty spots...seat tracks were still full of sand... dash was still dirty by the windshield... just an absolutely crappy job... Ohhhh and the only reason I'm even posting this review is because I am standing here in their facility and can't find a manager and called every # available and nobody will even answer a phone......

I took my car here for the first time this morning to get it detailed inside and out, Basim did an absolutely phenomenal job on it, he’s also probably one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, he greeted me as soon as I got there, he told me he would get it right and he definitely delivered!!!!

I have been going to the Lynn Haven GP full service car wash for at least 10 years with a couple different vehicles. The staff are always friendly and courteous. They work hard, at least when servicing my vehicles, and I tip them appropriately. And not a dollar when 3 people worked hard on my car. But now, I have a different vehicle that can't go through the auto wash. I have to get the hand wash. Although I've only been there twice for a hand wash and detail, I am blown away by the crew leader in the detail garage who does the full details. BASEEM, I'm sure I spelled his name wrong, I'm sorry. This man is a perfectionist. He took my car to another level of clean that one would probably not expect from an oil change/car wash facility. The value of him detailing my car is well worth the money, and the tip. As you can see by the photo's, his work speaks for itself. If you're in the need for a full detail, head to GP on Hwy 77 just north of Baldwin road, and make an appointment with Baseem. You will not be disappointed.

I wasn’t going to post anything, but the more I look at my half wiped dashboard the more it upsets me. I purchased a deluxe wash, now I know that is not a detail but I did expect a little more effort just with the vacuuming, console and dashboard cleaning. Yes I have kids so my car is far from clean, which again is why I purchased deluxe and not a simple basic wash. Very disappointed.

This is my 3rd and last time using this car wash. I paid $53 plus tax for the wash and interior cleaning that includes shampooing the floor mats. The dash wasn't wiped at all. It was just as dusty as when I brought it in. The rearview mirror was wiped with something that left a film on it. The doors weren't wiped ir dusted at all and there was still sand in the corners of the floor. The mats were laid on the floor instead of clipped in to prevent movement. This is an interesting detail as they had to be unclipped to remove them. I had to ask for paper to put on the wet driver side mat and was told to go around to the other side of the property and get one for myself.

I brought my car to grease pro to be detailed the 5299 thinking that they would put water on my car to wash it but they did not do that. I posted the receipt but as you can see, there’s no time on there which is very strange, but I did call the lady and let her know that I was going to give a very poor report because I don’t have time to come back and dispute a car wash that wasn’t done correctly. They did not put any water on my car. They sprayed something on it. Shine the tires and call it a day.

The employees working Friday night, where top notch. The younge lady that got me started, helped with the info. Of what they offer. They have a very clean, comfortable and well lit lobby. Generally ok, however, the last wash we had done yesterday looks like the car was not touched. Had just returned from a trip and like to have the vehicle cleaned afterwards, still covered in bugs. Also, water spots and soap run off lines everywhere. My wife didn't look real close before leaving but you absolutely must check or this is the result. As I said, generally good, but this time is very disappointing.

I go here because the Police Department I work for uses Grease Pro for our vehicle cleaning & detailing. The employees are always fast to act & are good at their job along with customer service & friendliness. They get us in & out even if there’s people ahead. I like how they spray off the vehicle before sending you through & guide you. The car wash does take longer which means it getting cleaned more. Once it’s cleaned I head over to the cleaning station & shine my tires, vacuum my interior, wipe it down with rags, & clean my floor mats. All of that is great to have. Only downside is the rags are really overused & could use new & softer ones, some of the vacuums have tape so they don’t have little to no suction, some of the air compressors don’t work or stay on, & the tire shine leaves a oily feel on your hands when using the bottle & sponge. Could use new sponges as well. I’d recommend wearing or using something while handling the tire shine & sponge. Found a dead bat while cleaning my vehicle too… But other than that it’s a good place with good hard-working people!
