Paid for 1 month plan but charged the next month without ever approving or renewing. Haven’t had this issue the 2 months prior paying month by month. Attempted to dispute with my bank and couldn’t get my money back for a charge I never authorized because I had used them previously. Charged for something without going there which means they saved my card from the automated POS the month prior. Employees are super nice and attentive, half the time wash doesn’t do everything you pay for especially with higher packages (bug repellent, hot wax, etc. You’re lucky if the dry bar will even come down at the end of the wash), and like many automated washes you will have spots it misses. Vacuums are nice and strong suction. Just not worth the hassle. TLDR: Will NOT be going back, ripped off $50, I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere. Update after response: Like I said previously, I had paid in January & February individually. When I came back each time it would ASK me if I’d like to renew the membership or just get a wash so what is included in the response is not always what happens. I did contact the number provided and leave a message so hopefully someone will get back to me before they pull from my account again. ALSO when washing my car myself for the first time since using this wash I found several small scratches in the protective coating across the hood that had not previously been there. Save yourself the headache.

I would like to say how impressed I am with the customer service since being a member!!! I have always been approached by all the employee, each with a smile on their face. The first one meeting me at the gate most times to assist was the manager George. The next two at the tunnel smiling as they directed me and prepping the car. And lastly the gentleman that walked around offering assistance and guidance. It is a wonderful feeling to be treated with kindness at each visit.

This is a great car wash. The equipment does a really good job and it's fast. There are a lot of friendly, helpful employees available. The vacuum system is impressive and easy to use on your way out. It's not expensive.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A 30 DAYS WASH..! They will continue to bill you over and over. They tell you that you signed up for a membership when you didn't. I just wanted a ONE-TIME 30 days car wash. Customer service canceled the unauthorized membership that they said I signed up for, which I DID NOT! But they refuse to give me a refund. So, they rather lose a potential future customer instead of doing the right thing by refunding the unauthorized charge. And by the replies from them, they leave the typical, "WE DON'T CARE!" response.

Good car wash. Lots of Suds and Ceramic wax. Good tire shine. Air Freshener a plus. Vacuum cleaners are high pressured. Air blower, not so much. Drying agent in tunnel needs a stronger blower. Overall a good wash after a snow storm.

I went today around 10am everyone was super friendly with big smiles. They were all happy working on a holiday. I was told by 2 people happy holidays and to have a great day. Olivia was on passenger side and run to driver side to help me put my car in neutral and thought me how to do it for the future. She was a sweet young lady. The vacuums worked great they had two different types of vacuums heads. The bathroom was really clean. 10/10 best wash in Lynn haven!

I used to like this Carwash and I loved taking my son through it so he could see all the colors. However, when I was hit In the car wash I was told I would be given a call after the footage was reviewed three days later I still hadn’t heard anything so I took it upon myself to call them and the supervisor was so rude asked me what I expected them to do. After finally getting somebody on the phone, who could communicate they told me they couldn’t tell in the footage what happened if I hit the brakes or if the person gassed it, but it definitely wasn’t their fault which led me to believe they hadn’t even reviewed the footage because if I had hit the brakes they would have seen the red lights. I was not calling to get money. I was just calling for an explanation. Hey, I get it shit happens but the way that I was spoken to was not right and the reason I will never return.

This Waterworx carwash did a good job of cleaning my car and I felt the wash was a good value for the money. There were plenty of vacuum stalls and I did not have to wait for one even on a busy afternoon. The vacuums I used worked well and the floor mat cleaning machines did a good job and saved me having to beat the mats to get the deeper dirt out like I do at other car washes. I was careful to avoid any damage to my car by removing some extra luggage rack pieces from my car before the wash. I was advised to do so by a sign at the entrance.

Car not clean paid 27.00 for it. Went through twice. The manager never spoke to me. The only person helpful was the young man gathering towels. The manager was supposedly in bathroom for almost 20 minutes. I am from Michigan and moving to Lynn Haven looking for monthly wash. I own 3 cars this was a bad experience. Thank you young man for being so helpful.

I have always given this car wash stellar reviews. However, we will NEVER use them again after what happened to my husband's truck. The car wash damaged my husband's vehicle. He filed a claim and was told by the crappy manager that the scratches were already there, and BS called by us. There were 2 other vehicles it happened to as well. We have more important things to do than lie about damages to our vehicle and fight with management. Absolutely the most ridiculous crap! NEVER, EVER will this be a car wash we use again!!!

Never a problem here. Great drive through carwash. All equipment is in great shape : vacuums dry off cloths glass spray air pump an air nozzle to blow debris from crannies ! Oh and a nice staff that comes by to check on you to make sure you have what you need. Awesome!

I waited to do this review. To see if mgmt actually reaches out to concerned customers yet it’s typical Panama City so here we go. We came Sunday for a wash and vacuum. While going through the car wash we came off the track. Never had something like that happen so we were unsure what to do. To avoid running into the equipment we put ourselves in park and turned on our hazards. I was worried about the car behind us hitting us bc the equipment was still going and with the bubbles you could hardly see. I turned on the hazards and waited 2-3 min hoping staff could see in the system something was wrong or that cars were not coming out. Finally I thought to start beeping the horn and thankfully someone heard and the equipment shut down yet no one came even still. My son had to get out in a dripping car wash (dangerous), go around and get staff to say “hey we came off that track”. They were asking him what happened as if we knew. The car behind us had a car run into him. The system does not stop! There was no management there. They have a crew of young kids working with no idea what to do in this type of situation nor how to approach customers afterwards. I went to them for answers and a manager and was told “our manager is on the way”. To which we never saw. Apparently they’ve been having system issues.

I’ve visited this car wash several times and have consistently had an excellent experience. Today was no different, the service was top-notch, and my car looks spotless. The young staff members were friendly and thorough in answering all my questions. I also really appreciate the availability of cloths and spray to clean the interior, ensuring the inside is just as fresh as the outside. Keep up the great work, I’ll definitely be back!

One of the best car washes in town. They have an air gun to use on the vehicle interior, mat cleaning machines, vacuum hoses set at both sides of the vehicle that have excellent suction, free air for your tires, free windshield washer fluid, and a spotless restroom. The employees are polite, friendly, and professional.
