Donna greeted me with a smile and the enthusiasm of wanting my business. Got a great deal on a full service with extras I wanted. Very customer friendly. All staff I encountered were polite and friendly. I needed a little more cleaning to two of my leather seats upon my inspection at the end; the young man nicely & quickly did it without hesitation. I would definitely use them again....much better than having to do all the work myself!!

Fully loaded is a waste of money. You'll end up having to wipe down the entire interior/exterior due to the streaks, smears and globs of product left everywhere

I came here and got the inside the park home run wash, wax and interior detail. I don't know what they pay the guy but it ain't enough. This dude cleaned every square inch of this car inside and out. Door jambs and all. This is my ol lady's car and we all know the stereotype about how younger women keep their cars. It's just as clean as the day she got it again. Absolutely cannot stress how worth it is to get this done. These guys put in some work.

I would left 0 stars but wasn't a option. This place has a zero for a manager. I have been a stead customer for 2 years. Then I go today and my truck was no dirtier then any other time and they wanted to charge me more. I'll never go there again. I highly recommend finding another car wash.

My car was here for over an hour just for it to still have all the bugs on the front & the inside was still dirty like they never vacuumed. Told them to redo it and that took an additional 45 minutes just to get the car back the same way i gave it to them. Cody was very nice & attentive. but will never spend my money here again.

The bald gentleman with the glasses is VERY rude. The younger slim gentleman told him to stop scrubbing cause it hadn't been sprayed yet. The bald man said "SO?!" and continued to try and scratch up my car. They didn't spray the entire thing, service was NOT worth the $18 and we will never be back. Slamming my side mirror down, half assed job and the younger man had to tell the bald man MULTIPLE times. That man does NOT care about your vehicle. TRASH

This place is a joke. I've been a mechanic a little over 10 years now. And I've never seen such uneducated and unprofessional behavior in my life. My friend took his car in for an oil change they charged him 80$ for, which is already outrageous. Then, to find out, they not only didn't correctly change the oil, they just "topped it off". The oil is disgusting, and it's leaking out of the improperly installed oil filter. And THEY BROKE his dipstick off in the line. So how can they even claim they knew the levels as they broke off the now-stuck dip stick? I joined my friend as we returned with the vehicle to confront the hack job and get a refund. I kindly explained I'd be fixing their mistake and not to touch the vehicle. The men working, of course, puffed their chests ignored my request, and made the situation worse when ignorantly attempting to use a much too large screwdriver to jam it down in further. All to then say oops, fill out this form, and a manager will call you today about the issue! Well, the manager NEVER called. I have now fixed it properly, and these so-called "Men" need to be fired before they screw up someone's car! NEVER USE THIS PLACE! Find a credible mechanic with reasonable prices. This hacksaw place is ripping you off and ruining your vehicles!

Terrible customer service. They seemed put out that I came to get an oil change. I've been to valvolines all across the country and I've never had an experience like this. Completely unprofessional, ended up just leaving. Figured I'd warn another who just needed a quick oil change.

Went to this car wash to wash off rain from yesterday, went through car wash their soaps and all were low and barely sprayed on my truck, get out of the wash while They are drying my truck and see a ton of scratches that were not there yesterday because the truck just had a full detail and buff with wax at detailing business. Went to talk to manager he said “your F’ing crazy if you think this car wash scratched your truck” proceeded to go inside to get refund he told me to stand outside I told him I wanted a refund and corporate number he told me he was going to call the police on me, remind you I never raised my voice or anything I was completely professional. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone especially if you have a nice vehicle you want to keep looking nice. Been coming here for years and usually have excellent service. Today waited an hour and 15 minutes for a $26 car wash, left a really nice tip and didn’t even get a thank you. Service needs to be better.
