We had the BEST assistance from Shaun Chrispen. He provided us with great information about the vehicle we were looking at. His vast knowledge and pride in his product helped us to make an informed decision to purchase. We never felt pressured to purchase, we were just given information and had all of our questions answered. Traded my vehicle - happy with the vehicle, not so much service. Concern about the brakes were mentioned prior to purchase, where they said two “service checks” were complete & brakes were “okay.” Let that slide, along with the vehicle not being detailed before I brought it home, along with the tank being 50 miles to E…again, let that slide. My last straw was after realizing the tires needed to be balanced & bringing into my mechanic, he let me know my RIM was bent and that would only be known if the tire was taken off. After conversation between the salesman/manager, was told they would not do anything regarding the rim or even send paperwork regarding the “service inspections” performed…disappointed. Will not be recommending, especially if I can’t trust in a service inspection “performed.”

Called 3 times to talk to the VW service center about a light that came on regarding oil levels in a 2024 VW (came on 4k miles after oil change). Third time I called I was finally able to leave a message, otherwise the service center phone would just ring or redirect back to reception. Left a message. Didn't hear back. Called again the next day. Finally just drove up to the service center for help. Does no one answer the phone!?

Only reason I’m giving any stars is because Mark was very helpful with getting me scheduled for my oil change and my recall (after finally getting a hold of someone). He was so nice, friendly and accommodating. The first girl I talked to (must be a front desk lady) was anything but- she was incredibly rude. I will say it’s extremely difficult to get someone from the service department. I called a total of 5x times and left 3x voicemails. I explained that to rude lady that answered my phone call and all she said is “they are busy” in a rude tone. Ok….that’s fine and understandable but you could be a bit more helpful, like maybe offering to see if you could get a hold of someone or taking a message-really anything. Customer service is really dead nowadays.

Excellent service. I did not have to wait long. Great snacks. The young man drove my car up to me at the door when the service was completed. The only thing I noticed was that my car was not washed and vacuumed like it always has been at other VW dealerships in Iowa and Missouri.

Hate shopping for cars. But had a great experience at Graham. Shaun was excellent in working with us. Led us through features and benefits and we learned about the Atlas. Had planned to look at two other brands. But once we drove and felt comfortable with vehicle decided to see where we priced out. Felt good about the price and the trade value and pulled trigger. 1.9% financing was nice too. Overall very happy. Hope vehicle is as good as we think it will be.

As a woman, I expect better — especially from another woman in sales. My experience at Graham VW in Sioux Falls was ruined by an extremely unprofessional new salesperson. I was hit with 8 back-to-back text messages, which felt intrusive and overwhelming. That’s not confidence or customer care — it’s someone who clearly hasn’t been trained on boundaries or basic professionalism. Instead of listening or communicating clearly, the interaction felt frantic and pushy. It came across like she was more focused on her phone than on actually helping a customer. The constant texting and lack of awareness completely turned me off. Being new is understandable. Being unprofessional is not. Management should not be putting customers in this position, and this salesperson should not be representing the dealership until she learns how to communicate respectfully. I walked away frustrated and disappointed. I won’t be returning.

I had to have my driver's side air back replaced due to a recall. It took 3 months for me to get it scheduled bc it took that long to get ahold of someone there. When I called the phone would ring and eventually the line would disconnect or nobody would answer the phone. When I finally got someone in the phone it was phone tag. I was instructed to call with my vin# so they could order the part. I did that and never heard back. So another month went by and I finally got ahold of someone who was able to schedule me, another month out but nonetheless it got fixed. The dag of the appointment was great. My car was done in 2.5 hrs.
