I mostly go here and one time that I did go I paid and the car wash machine froze the door didn’t open at all meaning it took my money I emailed customer service and never heard back and I was waiting for like 10 minutes for the door for the car wash to open I tried giving a call for the location I was at but their website did not have a number

The touchless washer needs some tuning because it hit my bumper guards, the worker I talked to was polite and took control of the situation. I tried going through again and the same thing happened. Third time worked. All in all 4 stars because of the staff. Docked a point because of the washer itself

Had to go over my vehicle again after i got home even though i used the degreaser before the soap wash, then used the foam brush and rinsed it off. Used the spot free rinse after i was done and when i got home i had to go over it again on places it didnt get correctly, was disappointed wasting nearly 2 and a half hrs just to have to do it again at home.

Scam! I've been done washing my car for two minutes, hit the stop button, and it's still charging my card. I'm disputing the charge and these crooks should be shut down. From other comments I don't believe for a second it's an accident either.

If I could rate ZERO STARS. I would. There is no way that I got in line at 11am as the 10th car in line to try and use your Touchless Car Wash for the first time. I decided to pull out of line at 11:55am with 4 cars in front of me still… I drove all the way to 72nd Casey’s to use their car wash and I drove back down at 12:11pm and some of the same cars were still in line… like I literally can not wrap my head around how slow or just how inefficient your system is. PHYSICALLY EXPAND AND UPGRADE! YOU ARE WAY TOO BUSY TO BE THAT BAD. I suppose there’s a good reason I never got to try your car wash regardless how conveniently close this location is to me. Killing it with the self service though.

The unlimited pass is a great value since I’m able to take in any car and get it washed at no extra cost. With this being a touchless car washes I don’t need to worry about my car getting damaged. My only complaint is that the unlimited pass feature does not always work. It would be nice if the app sent a notification when systems are down before arriving at the car wash only to find out the system is down.

Worst place I've ever been. The machines don't work. Won't even open. But they'll accept your money. Turns out, you only need to give customer service your address, car info, place of employment, and social security number for them to tell corporate you need a refund. This place is the scam you've always been warned about.

I was really happy with my experience. I was impressed that they had staff on-site. They were servicing the water softeners while I was waiting my turn in the wash bay. When I got up to the payment panel I had to get out off my truck because trying to use the card was too awkward. The attendant saw me and came over to help which I was really impressed by that. And grateful. The wash did a pretty good job on my truck, too.
