The car wash itself is pretty great. My issue is that I have been getting charged for their monthly service 7 months after leaving the state of Maine. I have called multiple times and left messages. I have talked to people on the phone who assured me my subscription has been cancelled (months ago). I took my Dad on a trip to the Portland area and stopped by in person to cancel my service. I was assured in person that it was cancelled. Months later, I'm still getting charged. I call, leave messages, nothing happens. I hate to leave bad reviews, especially as the washes are quality and the employees seem nice. But at this point, it feels like someone is literally stealing from me every month.

Great car wash!! guys there work hard very polite. I’d like to give major props to a guy named Mariano that works there!! I lost to checks worth $1000.00 while I was pumping gas and they blew over into the car wash area at different times of the day. So Mariano took it upon his self to find my address which is hard to do. He left me a post it on my door telling me come to Golden Nozzel car wash I have your 2 checks. Very much appreciated!!! Thanks Mariano!!

Seems like this place would benefit from an investment in some new equipment. The wash is broken and shut down rather often, some brushes never move to clean your car, and certain parts of the wash process are missing (no underbody wash). My car does look great when everything is working, but that's just not consistent unfortunately. Update: I went back twice since writing my first review and I'm dropping from my original 3 stars to 1. The first time it was randomly closed in the middle of the day and the second time I didn't even get the wash I paid for! Definitely cancelling my monthly pass. There are several better options where these aren't constant issues.

My husband and I both have the $14.99 unlimited wash; money well spent; the staff could not be any nicer, the service exceptional! I can’t say enough about this business. Vacuums all maintained well, area clean and staff always helpful. Best car wash in the area!!!!

The assistant Manager Ben, was very respectful, kind, and represented the business well when I got my car wash. He was very nice to talk to when getting a car wash. Got every spot I wanted clean off my truck and kindly told me to take off my magnets so they don’t rip off thanks Ben. This boy needs a to own a car wash of his own! Will be back soon, Simon

So I have used golden nozzle for years, an always been happy with the service I always give the people tips when I go through. Today I was going through and they have a new person that works there. It was 7 o’clock on Friday night, and I asked him if he could actually spray the bug remover because every time I go there he waves it past and never Hits the car !! So then he started getting angry And he started yelling at me to get Out of the car so we could fight I had my wife and my two-year-old child with me! Find it unprofessional I pay for a service and I asked for a service To be done to completion And I get threatened to be beaten up as my poor two-year-old Was traumatized crying in the backseat

I took our F350 here for the $25 service. Overall I was pleased. However, the fenders and running boards weren't touched. Also, it went thru the dryer in about 6 seconds, which didn't dry it much.

Got the unlimited monthly pass that has the undercarriage wash. Had not been through an automatic car wash for 40 years but the experience here is great. Staff is friendly and car wash does a great job. Free vacuums and the fact that I live a half mile down the road make it perfect.

Even in the middle of July & August, there are still decent lines and wait times. Usually, I don't even have to wait to use one of their free self-serve vacuum's. Occasionally there will be a 5-15 minute wait to put your vehicle through the car wash. The grounds are well maintained, their trash cans are never overflowing and I've never had any issues with or seen any younglings hanging around - which we all know leads to major controversies everywhere! ;) All in all, a good place to take your vehicle for a quick cleaning or a full haul cause they do it all!

I think I found my new carwash. The wash is attended by a couple of men, and they guide and prewash your car. For a machine, it does a decent job on the wheels. I have a pickup truck, so rear windows and tailgates need touch-ups from water spots, and the gate doesn't really get cleaned well. Other than that, there are a variety of services. I bought a mid level for $17 a month, and that's pretty economical.

I’d like to say, Ben the assistant manager is awesome. Each time I come here to have my car washed and he’s here, I’m consistently impressed by his kindness and professionalism. He helped me when a vacuum wasn’t working, he was polite and friendly. He obviously takes pride in his work and his appearance, what a great employee you have!! He not only makes this location look good, but he makes the entire company look good! I hope you recognize this fine employee for the value he brings to this business!!

Clean or change your brushes! They are scratching windshields and the body of vehicles! Oh and did I mention the crew there are useless! Seriously the washes are not free!

Went through and asked which wash would wash my rims. I was told to use the best wash to get the rims clean. They partially washed. Went back through and was told I couldn’t go back through because the tires were washed. I said I wanted the rims. Well they will only rewash if it didn’t clean it and will not for rust of things that won’t come off. Said he sprayed them and not rewashing. He barely sprayed them and clearly it did not wash off the dirt that does in fact come off. With very little effort I am able to wipe off the dirt and dust with a paper towel. My rims were not focused on, and they wouldn’t rewash. I was mislead by upgrading my wash selection . I don’t typically complain but I specifically asked to focus on the rims I was left disappointed and they had no concern to make good on it. Take your money and don’t care how it turns out. Disappointed customer.

Just took my car through. Paid $22, and the tires aren't shiny (which I paid for), two sets of brushes did not even touch my car...I saw them spinning but not extending to actually reach the car. The blowers didn't dry my car very well at all, and all the residual water froze all over my car. They didn't have towels available so I could get the water off, so I had to drive away like that. The wheels are also still dirty. I supposedly got the hot wax, but I never saw it specifically applied. Definitely not worth the $22! The only good thing about this place is they have free vacuums. Try another place! UPDATE: July 1, 2025 This place is even worse than it was 6 years ago. I decided to try them again - it didn't touch any of the bugs on the car, and still didn't dry the car very well. I drove to the grocery store, and when I got out, noticed how bad of a wash it was. I went back, showed the attendant my receipt and told him it was an unsatisfactory wash, and he said I had to pay to get it washed again even though I bought the top package ($25). On top of it, the guy offered nothing nor seemed to care about my bad experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Find a car wash that actually cares.

I got the most expensive wash hoping for a good clean before snow and salt starts. I pulled out and you can see debri, bugs and even finger print smug. Very disappointed with a $25/$30 car wash. Wish I knew how to add photos I have plenty fresh out the wash bay. 😒
