This car wash very good when newly opened, now quality is v bad. Scratched my car. Their roller brushes are messed up. Cancelled my monthly membership.

Stay away!!!! They stained the fenders on my new truck. It left streaks that are stained into the plastic that can't come out. New fenders are going to cost me $500+. Worst car wash place!!!

Decent pricing.. fast.. free vacuum, friendly and helpful staff.. only complaint is the spraying before going into the carwash.. it would be nice if staff can spray ENTIRE car evenly and decently specially if we are paying for membership. At times staff barely wets one side or doesn't really do it. It helps a lot specially for dirtier cars. Aside of that everything else is 👍🏽

So I went to this place to get my car washed and ended up with a cracked windshield! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that that is normal if you get your car washed on a hot day. I was hoping they would have helped me pay for the damage because I’m gonna have to replace that obviously but of course not the manager only offered to give me a free service. First of all I will never again put myself in that situation and secondly I could tell he’s given that same rundown before. I’m so upset because I will have to figure out how to pay for the repairs when there’s no work. So just wanted to warn people about my situation because if I would have known that could have happened I would’ve never used that carwash.

I have visited the car wash 4 times in one month, I pay the highest membership and the 4 times I have not been able to wash my Escalade or my Dodge Ram because it is always undergoing maintenance on something or the drying devices do not work, they are broken or simply do not work but the bill is never under maintenance that is exact in charging it from my bank account one more and I will tell you until never with my three cars that I have in membership

Excellent service. Membership is very reasonable. I have two cars on my membership. The detailing is very good for the modest price and members get a ten dollar discount. Super value and a well run business.

This place has gone downhill since new management not enough staff & the staff they do hire has ZERO sense of urgency the membership was good at first but I will be cancelling asap due to the congestion and no order. Every place should know be FULLY STAFFED ON WEEKENDS COMMON SENSE

Got my car washed here with the full service. Washed seats, cleaned interior. The whole shabang. My car came out looking, and smelling great. Though there was a few spots that could've used a bit more effort however I was very pleased and am not going to nitpick small things. It was a bit pricey but totally worth it imo. Not to mention the staff were cool & helpful

I was very impressed. First time using this company. Everyone there were friendly, pleasant and professional. Prices are reasonable. You have a choice of what services you want. My car a 2007 model enjoyed her day at the spa on December 1, 2022.

Ultimate Wash ($27) was not thorough. Outside was not dried well and left water spots on windows and paint. They missed spots with the plastic treatment around the bumpers and there was still bug debris on the hood and mirror. Inside, again missed spots with the plastic treatment and only wiped upper dash. The second row seat was clearly not vacuumed at all and the floor was poorly done. It was done quickly; although, I wish they had spent a little bit more time doing it right instead.

Disappointed in the quality of the service and the manager (Dolores). I had a family member who paid for full service wash and interior cleaning. After the car was returned, there were things pointed that were not properly cleaned during their detail cleaning. Close time was approaching, so one of the staff recommended to come back at another time and get the full service. She got my family members' information and sent her a bar code to use on the next visit. When she returned to redeem the full car wash, they told her the bar code was only for a wash, not for the interior. The staff admitted giving the wrong information for lack of knowledge. When the manager was addressed, she was rude, did not take responsibility , and declined to take ownership of their mistake. Apparently, losing customers for this mistake was not a concern to her. People like this are making businesses lose money. I recommend Go Car Wash to better train their staff and managers as customer service is a critical skill to keep a successful business. We will not be returning here.

Used to love this place but no, nothing ever works. The air machines are always broken. The vacuum hoses aren’t ever attached properly. The drying machine for the car wash doesn’t even dry your car properly. See your left with soap and water spots all over your vehicle. This used to be my go to car wash because of the map machine. It hasn’t been working in about eight months don’t think I’m gonna be coming back to this place until it improves

Don't waste your money. This place is the worst car wash. They are way overpriced, and they don't do a good job. I got the managers wash it didn't turn out good at all.

Excellent car wash equipment. I used to go to Quick Quack Car Wash, but their equipment doesn't clean the car properly, there's almost no room to vacuum, and it's more expensive. I'm happy I found this establishment.

I just started a membership 2 weeks ago, I went in to wash my truck, and as soon as I came out I had a flat tire. I noticed my air valve stem was completely snapped off, and an employee started the “claim” process and took a few pics. A week later she calls me and says I had an “aftermarket” air valve stem, which is weird because they didn’t have the broken piece, and said “corporate” denied the claim, from out of state, based on pictures. I have a ram 1500 and they come with metal stems that are OEM. And the replacement cost me $98!

Beware of the trick, if you get a $10 car wash, it does not include the top air dryer so your car comes out, wet windows, and everything so be prepared to Dry it off yourself. I’m a monthly member and for the last three months I paid $20.99 per month. And received a really nice wash few wet spots. Last month I paid $20.99 for monthly service and was receiving the complete package with the top air dryer so my car was coming out pretty nice. I check my credit card this month June to see if they had charged me and they did $10 I thought it was some kind of a discount they gave me for being a good customer. I went to the car wash today June 2, 2024 and my car came out all wet. When I asked a manager what was going on because my car was all wet. He explain to me that I only was getting the $10 package. Which that does not include the top air dryer shine. I explain to him that I have paid $20.99 and signed up for the monthly of $20.99. He told me that if I signed up for the $20.99 that will only give me the $10 package And in order to receive the service that I was getting last month, I would have to join the $30 monthly. Well, nobody told me this while I was signing up plus I’m a regular customer who has been on the monthly program and I always just pay $20 plus a month. A customer next to me was also complaining about how wet his car with us and Xpress he never had this problem before. But if this is the way they are going to wash his car, he said he buys well stay home and do it his self that’s just how much water was on both of our cars. So is the $10 car wash worth it/ free vac you dry That’s up to you / But I don’t think so. If you join the Monthly program make sure they are going to get what you are paying for.

Been coming here and having a membership for years. Not anymore!! This place has gone downhill. First off, everytime I go with one of my cars something isn’t working there, the vacuums are down, the hoses aren’t out of tubes they and you can’t vacuum your car, the tire polish never works. Today was the end for me. Took my car through and it ripped my satellite antenna off and very expensive repair!! Employees do NOT care, and signs are not going to stop you guys from legal action of damaging cars. Lastly, took my other car there few days before, went to use the restroom and you now changed them to employees only?? Please. This place isn’t worth the money I pay for membership, also constantly raising prices to not match what you get. Very poor business. There are other local car washes that offer more for cheaper price. Only way to gain my years of patronage back is to pay for my damage to my car in good faith. In which we know it’s on camera. I’ve heard plenty of stories posted about your equipment damaging cars and yet I still kept my business until today. Terrible.

Worst car wash place! They get you to get a membership for a $10.00 but charge actual fee. They also gives you member and sign up and a go a couple of times and they next time you go they tell you something else that it wasn’t a membership. It was a freebie. Never going this place again. Go somewhere else. These place is crooked. They profit off of fake advertisements! Just because they know they have a great Location so it’s easier to book people into a scheme. Not a business that is honest . The car wash doesn’t wash your car well. They don’t take your antenna off nor spray both sides of your vehicle.

I tried this place for the first time and paid for the monthly wash package. The attendant was friendly and helpful but I would have like to have been informed about the full service they offer. When I exited the wash the vacuums and full service was to the left yet the exit sign pointed to the right. A bit confusing. So I chose to go to the left and that’s when I discovered the full service are. I drove u and had to ask how I get this service. I was told I needed to walk back to the entrance and pay 20 dollars . So I did that. But would have made it simpler had I been informed when I initially paid. Now I know. My car is clean and I can say I would recommend this place. Added feature inside where customers wait are 2 massage chairs which I took advantage of using. Restroom was clean and waiting area was nice. 5 stars
