I went there this morning. I had never been . I heard great things about this place so why not . Me and my significant other get help at first we were confused and a young lady help me sign up in the office I suppose . But what I fount disturbing is while waiting at the other side another women got inside a truck bed and threw out items onto the ground and in anger and I watched . I asked the young women who came out the office was that her manager she responded yes and said is everything ok I explained to her what I saw and she was very apologizing to me and then explained to me my process on being an official member . I will definitely say without the young lady smiling at me and saying nice things I would’ve canceled . You guys need to watch your leadership .I understand things happen but that shouldn’t be shown . Thank you to the other young Lady whatever your name was . I will give them a chance hopefully everyone else is nice. I won’t go through the young women who threw things line if I can help it .

Appreciate Alexis for her help guiding me through my options, and appreciate the order of cleaning tools in the car wash, too! They didn’t spray me down just to hit me with that long mop and a light show, I feel like I actually got what I paid for, AND the price for the basic basic option (I just got my car washed,- an some birds I guess wanted to help decorate 🙄) still got all the bird poop off and was under $10. Win win win

Attendants have been rude. The license plate reader never works so people are constantly sitting there waiting for someone to come over and get them in. Today was the absolute worst day! I waited over 10 minutes to get in. A person was in the membership only line and the attendant just kept on talking with them while the line was backing up. Two cars in front of me in the membership only line were able to back and join the other line. However, the 1st car sat there for minutes until the attendant manning the car wash entrance finally ran over and helped them in because, as usual, the plate reader wasn’t working. The second person had to try at least 5x to get the scanner to read her phone to get in. Luckily the last time I was there I asked if they had a bar scan sticker to put on my windshield. I guess paying a lower price than at other places I’m paying for the crappy experience and service.

Victoria, the staff who assisted me at Go Carwash was really nice and generous enough to offer me their promotions. I like going to Go Carwash coz it's convenient for me to have my car wash there, and I can maximize all my time with vacuuming the interior of my car. They got also free glass cleaner and towels too, plus the price is very affordable.

I get great service every time i come here, but this time was especially great! Alex took great care of me right when I pulled up and made sure I was able to get a free car wash with recipt. I would recommend this car wash over others. It's always reasonably priced, clean, towels/spray is stocked, good customer service and staff is never pushy or impolite.

I LOVE this car wash especially this location! The staff is awesome! Very friendly. Alaixis was very knowledgeable in all their services. The car comes out very clean and also get free vacuum service! You can also get unlimited car washes daily if you sign up for all services. 100% Definitely recommend GO CAR WASH in LYNNHAVEN!

I’ve been coming to this carwash for many years, even back when it was Rio. I do like that it has improved over time, but sometimes the service isn’t at its best. A few of the workers don’t seem very enthusiastic, and when they look like they hate being there it makes me wonder why they stay. The price also keeps going up, which is a bit frustrating. That said, this location is still better than the other one I tried, which is why I keep coming back. It does get busy at times, and the wait can be longer with not much space at the vacuum area, but overall I still like using this carwash.

I had a great experience at this car wash from start to finish. The service was quick, thorough, and well worth the price—my car came out looking spotless and refreshed. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the customer service. Tripp, one of the helpers, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to pay attention to the details, which really showed in the final result. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, and it made the whole experience better. If you’re looking for a reliable car wash with excellent service and hardworking staff, I’d definitely recommend this place—and shoutout to Tripp for doing an awesome job!

This is an excellent car wash and good value compared to other car washes. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you need any assistance. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. I had a membership here for a couple years and it was a good value if you go through auto washes often. They have plenty of supplies and parking for using vacuums. Well organized and well run. My only concern was that the wash didn’t always get all the dirt off the lower sides or rear when it’s been a while between washes, but the staff ensures you are satisfied with your visit if you address any issues. Professional and easy experience.

This is my go to car wash place, the prices are so affordable. The workers there are always so polite, there’s a specific blonde girl that always gives such good customer service. They include towels and sprays and even car mat holders for when you’re vacuuming your car. All around 10/10, I am a happy returning customer.

I really enjoy this location. The staff is fantastic, the wash (typically) is too, and the free vacuums, glass cleaner, and microfiber towels are great too. Today I came in and unfortunately my wash didn’t do a super great job, the back was still full of smudges and dirt even with the $25 wash. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I drove off the location due to having to quickly go to an appt afterwards. So maybe keep an eye on that if you’re coming here. Usually I don’t have an issue with this. The only suggestion I have is to maybe look into getting an air hose so customers can blow out the cracks & crevices. I really enjoy carwashes that have those too.
