If you have a full-size vehicle (i.e., F150, Suburban, etc), this car wash CANNOT accommodate your vehicle without damaging it! This is what the District Manager, Zoe, told me after their wash damaged my Ram 1500 TRX. This is after the employees there assured me it would be fine, and they insisted on pushing my truck into the tunnel by hand. They ripped my front license plate off and broke both of my side mirrors. The dealership is quoting me over $1k in just parts to replace both mirrors. To add insult to injury, it didn't even wash my truck, leaving black grease splatters all down the passenger side. I made an incident claim on the spot, and, of course, within two hours, it was denied. I honestly think that the employees have no clue how to operate the equipment and are just winging it at the expense of customers' cars.

Good car wash option in a very convenient location. The staff is always helpful and go above and beyond to get your windows cleaned up and stuff before you enter the wash (more thoroughly than every other branch I’ve been), so kudus to them! Could use a mat washer but maybe there’s one I’m not aware of. In any case, definitely recommend!

I usually go to the Go Carwashes here in the valley, they always leave soap on the cars, which never fails so I found one in Corpus (I belong to their monthly wash club) and this one was different. I mean it was the same layout but the service was GREAT. They were somewhat busy but I noticed the attendant took the time to wash my tires and clean the wheel wells on the truck. Then the car wash was the same but when it came out I was going to thank the guy for taking the time for going that extra mile. As I parked the truck he was already in the parking area (where the vacuums are) and helping other customers dry off their cars. I started cleaning out the truck and he came over and clean all my windows, fixed the mirrors on the truck (the wash moved them all), and dried off the tires while I was cleaning inside. No one told him to, he was doing it all on his own. I regret not getting the guy's name but I gave him a tip just for helping out and he looked appreciative. May not be a big deal but I wanted to make sure I left this review because really, I go to so many places, and the customer service is usually touch and go. The hotel I stayed at has a sign that said "just be appreciative of those that came today, please be patient with us..."I just wanted to say thank you and wish the other carwashes would do the same. Thanks again!

His customer service skills were excellent and he made sure we felt heard and appreciated. So this review isn’t so much for the car wash as it is for a five star employee. Being coming to this location for a while. Lalo is the 1st employee to actually greet me and say hi. 1st one to offer car fresheners and dash wipes. He also mentioned they have promotions going on for teachers 1st responders and veterans. Lalo was very professional and nice.
