Very unreliable business having no one show up for 2 separate appointments. My wife bought me a gift certificate to have my car detailed and I made an appointment but when arriving no one was there. The owners voice mail box wasn’t working so I couldn’t leave a message. I reached him later and made a second appointment, saying I might need a ride back. Upon arriving the second time no one was there again. I called and he said he was right around the corner but 15 minutes later still hadn’t arrived. He told me to leave the keys in an unsecured mail box but I was reluctant to do that given how unreliable the business is. He finally arrived 1/2 hour late and said he couldn’t work with me and refunded the money. He said he didn’t want an unfavorable review. They may or may not do excellent work but are unreliable and don’t take responsibility for their poor customer service.
