Ran my car through the touchless automatic for the $6 basic wash...well it was complete garbage. My car looks like I sprinkled water on it, all dust and dirt remains. Skip this place.

Good place to wash your car. I only have it for stars because their 30 second warning beep is not nearly loud enough. If your not observant will shut off in the middle of a soap down

I like having a DIY option close by, but twice now I've been and had horrible residue on the car after using nothing but regular soap and regular rinse. It dries with this odd film that does not look anything like plain water. I've had ple ty of car washes where it just dried before it could be wiped so I'm familiar with how that looks--which I could live with. After the first time I decided to try again with the most basic elements and it's no different. I'm going to have to find another place so my car looks good after washing it

One card reader to pay did not work and the next stall over that I used the "foaming brush" failed. I would suggest a more frequent equipment testing and repair system. Today, I washed my car without a problem.

The price is pretty good for the do it yourself car wash. & If it turns out bad you cant really blame any one but yourself . I've seen who I believe is the owner a few times and he seems nice enough . I really like bringing my car to vacuum here when it just needs a quick clean up on the inside.

I was just at this Car Wash. To the owner, i understand if your carwash is full, but is empty. So does it matter if im just checking my oil before i wash my car, why you have to be so rude about it. I been going to your carwash for years. There was no need to send your employee or whoever it was to tell me to leave the carwash if i wasn't going to wash my car when I have only been there for 2 minutes. But now I understand why is your car wash always empty. Will definitely not return to your car wash anymore

I used the self wash over the drive through wash since it was a nice day. I ended up spending $12 when the most expensive drive through is only $9. There are two different hoses (one for foam and one for liquid) that are on opposite sides of the bay. You have to alternate their use through the suggested wash cycle. Seems like a ploy to make the wash take longer. The foam spout also sputters a lot, changes colors, and the cycle selector knob doesn't line up with the cycles. I may have put tire shine all over my car. The dryer is hard to use with a taller car, and the vacuums only take tokens. After the $12 self wash I just didn't want to pony up the money, especially since the drive through wash I usually go to has free vacuums... Edit: Car just dried. Mostly spot free, but the brush left some scratches. I also am now unsure what I will be charged because if have 4 separate pending charges that total $28. Called the owner, who was very nice and assured me some of the charges are only to verify my account and will drop off before they go through. Edit: None of the charges never went through. Maybe the owner cancelled the charges, but I was not contacted about it. I guess you would call that a wash :P

This place ain't cheap. Its in a convenient location in vista but that's it's only plus. I often use this place to dump trash and vacuum my car because the it's only a buck. But the self wash costs more than a basic wash just two blocks away, and they do it for you. At least it's clean area and empty most of the time.. I recommend anywhere else if you want to save money on washing.

I like the self washing places. I don't trust any brushes/people with my paint new paint. The automated is good if You are pressed for time. I recommend the self wash because you can personally get all the spots clean. I don't really use the blow dry tool, but it's a nice feature. Perhaps the best part is the detailing area where you can really make your car shine. It may take time, but no one can take care of your car better than you. This place suits the needs of the normal wash and those looking to really make your paint stand out. Tip....don't use the brush on your paint, no matter how soft it feels

All the features of this place beat every DIY wash in the area. The wash stalls accept credit cards and have a ton of options when washing your car. They have soap for tires, soap for paint, sealer, power wash, spot-free rinse and a bunch of other options. When you change the wash dial to one of the soap options, lots of suds come out. Not skimpy like other places. Also, their equipment is kept in really good shape. My only complaint is the stalls to detail your car after washing are a little tight. The stall closest to S Santa Fe Ave has walls and curbs on both sides which takes up even more real estate. Not worth removing a star, but makes working fast really difficult and a good place to twist your ankle. One note on credit cards. Last time I went, I just happened to check my online credit card statement and there was a $10 charge in addition to the fee for washing. I gave it a couple days and the $10 charge went away, so not sure what's up with that.

I'm about 20 minutes away from this self car wash, but I literally will only come here. The employees are so nice and will even help you if you need it. The amenities are seemingly endless. They have fragrance machines that smell SOOOO good, carpet shampooers, high-powered vacuums, a detailing center, and so much more!!!! Seriously go check them out! Soooo worth every dollar!

Good self serve carwash. The vacuums, bay selectors and equipment worked well. I went at night and the lighting was really good, just needed a bit more light towards the front of the vehicle. They have cameras and someone on sight for safety which was appreciated. Only knock was that it wasn't 24hrs. The person onsite was ready to go when I was finishing, lol. Overall a good experience.

I came here to detail my car because the have a place that say detail. I am her 10 minutes max and this guy comes up and says the owner said that we’re taking too long he watching the cameras but only been here 10 minutes and I’m trying to detail my car. This is a horrible, horrible place. What a weirdo, watching me.

Came to vacuum my car and the owner (I think) comes out and greets me. I was the only one there. He also gave me 2 free air fresheners which is AWESOME 😎. He’s chill he was just walking around cleaning around, super friendly!

Edit* I tapped my credit card to start the wash and misunderstood the vague instructions on the credit card reader. When the credit charge was pending, the charge was $10. Once the charge was settled, it was changed to $3 (which is the correct posted minimum). I changed my rating to 4 stars. I would like to see the instructions on the card reader to read: “1) tap credit card 2) Press red button 3) Wash car 4) Press red button to end service There is a $10 minimum charge for credit card services.” There was no call wash employee on site (11 am on Friday). I called both phone numbers on the office door and nobody answered or returned my message.
