I have used various locations and this one at Vista off Vista Way, was very nice and clean. Great suction on the vacuums. The wash however was not the best. It didn’t wash the back of the car, didn’t even touch it, I had to wipe off the back with a towel because I could still see the dirt and it didn’t rinse all the soap off.

Love, soapy, Joe’s. I used to come once in a great while if I could afford it, but Ricardo turned me on to a monthly pass that I can go unlimited and it’s only a couple dollars extra from what I would normally pay so that’s a really good deal I got thanks to Ricardo. He’s quite the salesman and very attractive very handsome man. I don’t know, but he has quite the knack for Up selling.

Came back from a trip and was recommended this place coming back, the staff is friendly but after asking for a rewash on the top/~$30 single wash, I had a few spots on the windshield from bugs and wasn't accommodated any after the 1st paid. Got home and found the front was still wiped out with bugs. At least the vacuums are good. Taking business elsewhere.

Soapy Joe’s is an awesome car wash! The staff is super friendly and they really take care of your car. The wash is thorough, leaving your car sparkling clean without any scratches. I also love how quick and easy the process is, plus the prices are very reasonable. They even have nice extras like tire shine and interior cleaning. If you want your car to look fresh and new, Soapy Joe’s is definitely the place to go!

I have a membership account here and I love this place! It's super easy to get in, get spiffied up and get out... The only reason it would take you more than 5 minutes is because of the time it takes you to vacuum and wipe down your vehicle. They have the air fresheners, the clean towels and vacuums available for you. The staff are all sweethearts and make you feel welcome here, so it's easy for me to keep coming. Highly recommend these guys ♥️

Wash was awesome but what made our experience was the friendly customer service. Marissa was simply amazing. She is a beautiful person and her smile left us smiling long after we left. She should be managing and training all your staff on customer service. If everyone was like her, we’d go visit every location!!! Please give her a raise and promote her to leadership ASAP!!

Very disappointing experience. My car battery died in the parking lot at Soap Joe’s in Vista. I already had the jumper cables connected and only needed someone to park next to my car, but no one was allowed to help me. The employees were willing to help, but the manager did not authorize it, even though employee vehicles were parked nearby and could not be moved. I was left waiting in the parking lot with no help and eventually had to call my insurance. I’ve been a customer for over three years and expected better.
