I'm paying more for a hand wash, hoping for a spotless vehicle. 🧼 But honestly, "it's okay" sums up the results most of the time. I keep finding areas they missed, which makes me question the extra cost. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I had to ask them to vacuum and wipe down a large area in the back that was very obviously missed. They had placed a plastic cover that had fallen off in the side door and weren't going to let me know it had been broken. I addressed the manager and he told me it was laying in the floor when they started cleaning the car, which I know is not true because the car is less than two months old and the cover was on. He insisted they didn’t do it, and did not offer any type of resolution. Definitely would not recommend this location for the price and value.

Paid $30 dollars for a car wash and I’m going to have to take it to another place unfortunately. Still looks the exact same inside.. you have to pay $50 if you want it cleaned properly

Brought my car in for a quick wash and didn't know what to do. Went inside to ask a simple question of guidance, and was yelled at by manager to get back into the car. UNFORTUNATELY my car had a breakdown in the line which was quickly addressed in less than 2 minutes. After repair, manager spoke in another language which then all his coworkers looked at me.. Finally, after the wash - i was left with insane dirt and water on my car.

This place is a rip-off. They charged me over $100 for the service. They failed to detail as promised left residue and they damaged my interior. Do not go tho this car wash or others owned by same person

Not a good job at all i paid extra to get inside and outside clean they didn't do a good job for outside just little bit inside they vacum outside you still see dirt on my car and they didn't even dry it good lots of water spots not good at all and I pay a lot never go there again

I went there for the first and last time. I got the most expensive wash and then they asked if I wanted the inside wiped, but it was "a special" so immediately I knew I'd have to pay extra. For $30 I would think it would come with it. The car was done unless than 10 minutes. The windshield had water spots, and the trim also had water spots all over. The interior of the rear window wasn't cleaned at all. I had to go home and wipe it down myself. For $15 less I could've done it myself and still do a better job. I won't ever come back again.

If I can give them a 0 I would. They didn’t do anything good. Left water marks, didn’t even dry it properly or vacuum. It took them 4 minutes to “dry” my car and clean the inside. It was the worst experience ever and it was my 2nd time. I was supposed to also get tired cleaned that didn’t happen

$21 for the “exterior/wheel dressing/vacuum”wash. I’ve got a black SUV with leather interior and declined on the additional $20 wipe down interior service because there was only a little bit of sand on the seats from the beach and some crumbs in the cupholder. I collected all of my own trash in a plastic bag and threw it out before I left the car. Got to the car at the finish and the car didn’t even looked vacuumed. The floor mats might have been shaken out and then put back in place (likely not vacuumed). There were suds dripping down the windows. The exterior looked like my eight-year-old child dried it off for me. Manager offered to give me a free car wash on my next visit, but I rejected. I don’t have time to have another bad experience with so much competition out there and so many options. Good people. Poor execution.

I paid for hand wash and this is what I get! The guy talked me into buying 5 hand wash that can be use anytime. Took the guy less then 6mins to clean my car. Maybe because my car was recently purchased so nothing to clean so he just only clean the window and nothing else. When I got home I looked closely, I see many places that is not even touch beside my window and car tired. Very disappointed! Definitely going back there tomorrow for refund!!!! So this is $140 to get your car clean???

Brought my 2022 vehicle In for a quick quick wash as I usually have it fully detailed by another company and just need a freshen up. Wasn’t expecting miracles, but definitely wasn’t expecting what I saw next when I got home black plastics were missing and cracked. I immediately went back to the Car wash and demand they stop and look inside for the pieces sure enough they were inside the washing station. They tried to say that it was prior damage, even though the pieces were there. They took photos of the damage and said that they would have a manager call me later that day he gave me his phone number and info. He later texted and We discussed the issue by that time I had already had From the dealership for the cost of the repairs which was equaling approximately $3000. Again, they tried to state that there was some sort of damage to my vehicle, but they would look into it. Received another call the next day, stating that they looked at their cameras and determined that it had have been done before because it Almost never happens. But offered $500 check. Taking up with insurance company and have witnesses stating that the car was in perfect condition before going into the car wash don’t use this place. They’re only in it for the money and do not care about their customers or the quality of work.

Received a coupon for a free car wash to this location. After I handed my keys off I walked across the street to grab a sandwich. When I got back they had managed to lock my keys in the car and were attempting to unlock it by shimming the passenger door. They were unsuccessful in that. But they successfully bent the door. Ownership/mangment were dreadful to deal with. They were unapologetic, combative, and were making it out to be my fault. Didn't want to give me their insurance information and wanted me to take my car to "their" body shop down south in San Diego. As if I'd trust the people who just messed up my car to fix it. Ultimately I gave up because of how negative my experience was with them. Pretty lazy interior cleaning too.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! They will steal your money, not provide the right service & damage your vehicle!! I am beyond upset. Short version: Paid $260 for a full interior detail - shampooed carpets and seats in my NEW car. Only the bottoms of the seats were shampooed & they damaged the heck out of my drivers side back door & drivers back side of the seat. I didn’t get the service I paid a ton of money for and they damaged my vehicle and told me off & that they wouldn’t do anything about it. I came to get my NEW car detailed, deluxe wash, shampooed seats & carpets for $260 - It was a big expense but I just purchased this new vehicle less than a month ago & it has a very light grey interior. I want to upkeep the pristine interior as it’s very important to me. When picking up the vehicle no one would look me in the eye when I was asking for my keys and I thought that was strange. I open the doors to look at the seats and upon opening the back drivers door I was SHOCKED! It is sooo banged up with scratches and dings from i’m assuming the shampooer (which has sharp metal edges) I purchased this vehicle new 3 weeks ago. I still have the paper license plates. The car was in pristine condition. No scratches no nothing. I wanted to keep the interior & exterior perfect so thought I would detail it completely once a month. I should have read the reviews. I ask for the manager, he comes out & wont even look at the damages i’m speaking about. Wouldn’t take the time to even look at my car said he could do nothing for me & kept laughing in my face when I said that when I dropped off the vehicle there was no damages to the interior. It’s brand new. He said that his employee mentioned some scratches that were “already there” Told me to go ask my dealer for a refund because his team didn’t do it. He then says “your car isn’t even worth that much, we have high paying customers with expensive vehicles and they wouldn’t come back if they damaged peoples cars” Said in his 8 years of car detailing he hasn’t damaged one car. His yelp reviews reflect otherwise. Laughed at me and told me he would do “nothing for you” and wouldn’t look at the damages or the cameras to see. It looks as if the machinery was consistently swiping my interior door and scratched it up. He told me “if there’s scratches there why aren’t there any on the other back door? Maybe because the opposite side the machinery is tucked on the inside or IDK but look at my vehicle and have some sympathy and try and handle the situation your company caused with grace. He was such a jerk. I am heart broken, pissed off, and at a loss. I asked to view the cameras and he said no. I watched some employees vacuuming a different vehicle and the back doors were open like 10 inches, not full width and you could see the door opening & partially shutting with their movements. I assume that’s exactly what happened when they shampoo with a metal glunky piece and all of the movements caused all the damage. I was told there’s nothing they can do and asked for an owners number. He said he couldn’t give it to me because there’s no one else to contact but him. Him and another employee sat there laughing at me till they closed and he left. RUN AWAY! Do not come here their prices are outrageous and they don’t treat you like a human but like a $$$ and they already took my money laughed in my face and ran with it. They do not care - they are brutal and could care less about their customers or the quality of work. Where are your morals and ethics? Said he didn’t care because he has over 150 customers a day and my business doesn’t affect him.

I got my car washed there and the next day I noticed spots and smears all over the car. It looked like something had been splashed or sprayed on it but there were also smears made from towels. About 2 weeks later I brought it back and had them rewash it. I pointed out that the spots and smears were still there. The worker told me there was nothing he could do about it. I asked for a manager and showed him what had happened. He was unsympathetic and said that someone had thrown something on my car that left those stains. He said that it was not possible for them to have done this. He suggested I get my car detailed. I refused. I hired a professional detailer who told me that it was tire dressing that must have been sprayed accidentally and smeared with towels. It's going to cost me $385 to fix this problem. I wish I could go to small claims court but I can't prove that Genie did it but it's the only place I've had my car washed.
