Wash didn't remove the bug smears on the windshield. Lots of spots from the cleaning residue on the car. I was hoping this would as good as a conventional wash.

I purchased the "Everything" wash, and both the website as well as the guy who got my car told me they would need about 1 hour with it and they'd text me once they were done with it. To my surprise, I receive a text only about half an hour later saying that my car was ready. The low expectations that I probably already had dropped all the way to the floor. Needless to say, there were some many flaws that it's not even worth it going through it. Look, I realize that you get what you pay for. But had they actually spent the hour they said they would with my car, I'm sure I'd be super happy with I paid for and they would've deserved a good tip. Needless to say, not worth the $50+ bucks. P.S.: It wasn't even busy.

Great timely service. Easy to reach over the phone and they even gave me a courtesy discount for a rescheduled wash. They did a great job washing the outside and vacuuming the interior. However the areas around vents still had a lot of residue leftover which I wish had been more thoroughly cleaned. But for the price you get a lot! Will book a deep cleaning next time.

I tried to make an appointment with them and they never contacted me. So I called them to see what had happened. They said they would speak to the manager and him call me back in 30 min. 2 hours go by and no call yet. So I call them again and ask if they have time for my car. The girl that answered said she don't know and she don't know why her boss never called me. They seem unprofessional and unorganized. They never call me back that day. I would never recommend them to anyone. Bad service.

I have my Cybertruck and multiple Model Ys washed here several times per month. They continue to do a stellar job at cleaning the exterior and interior of my vehicles at a competitive price and are always striving for perfection. They also did a great job at removing dog hair on several occasions :)
