Feel ripped off. I included the picture of the receipt. I got a simple trailer washout. And my trailer was basically already clean, I just needed a washout receipt. They charged me $15 ,for a excessive heal disposal fee. I don't know what the hell that is..but that trailer was already clean and empty. It also says it was for wood chips. I literally saw only a couple pieces of chips. I drive for prime inc, maybe they thought i was a company driver and didn't think i would care about the cost. I would rather you charge me a $15 fee, to not wait a hour+ at the blue beacon. Be straight up about it, don't finesse me.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH!!! When I got there I asked to wash my truck, frame, engine well with a brush from the inside and outside because it has a lot of salt and dirt. The manager Carter Chris behaved very impudently after I made a remark to him that my truck was poorly washed and showed him where there was dirt, he refused to wash there and threatened that he would call my company and tell them about the incident, but did not know that I was the owner of the company 😉😀. I paid $ 120 for the wash, which is not a little, and demanded that the work be of high quality.

Don't come here before 7am or whatever time the rest of the crew shows up. 1 team member doing it all when I was here. Took forever to do washout then you really have to make sure everything is clean. Not a great experience

Pull in with a pneumatic , wont wash it bc its dusty. Its bulk. Never come here, nothing but a poor attitude from everyone here.

Updated, went lower due to the Crater that took out my alignment in drive way. 🤦♂️ is Rock that Much?? Ill send u the bill. 🤷♂️ I had to get a Washout. Only spot in area. BUT they take advantage of Customers with Washout. HOPPERS. Look. I understand we need to make money as a Business but taking Advantage isn't acceptable. Ok let's Ration.. Truck and Trailer wash cost 111 bucks etc together. Takes 20-35mins on a Good Day. WASHOUT literally takes 10 mins. 5mins for front and 5 mins for back. BUT ITS 75 BUCKS now Literally water in trailer. No chemicals, no soap. Just water. HOW DO U EXPLAIN THAT, BUT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Stopped to get a conversion wash. They won’t let you on top of your trailer even with fall protection. Then when you pull out to check your trailer it is always dirty and you have to get back in line and wait again. Been up since 3am and washout at 8pm only to have to get back in line and wait for another hour. Manager/owner must not like repeat business. It’s not an insurance thing. It’s a stupidity thing. I’m an owner operator with my own insurance. I have rails on my trailer for me to get up there and look. Now you are putting my life and others at risk for me having to wait wait wait on this sorry excuse for a truck wash.

Stopped in to get a pneumatic tank washout. Checked the office no employees to be found. Checked employee door. Opened door. Did not step in the room. Was met with a disgruntled man. Tons of attitude. If by choice & there were other tank washouts in the area I wouldn't give them my business at all. Owner of this business teach your employees how to greet a customer.

I will never use their service again , piss poor attitude, unfriendly ,have idea about doing tanker wash outs, wondered why water wasn't draining, until I went back and took cap off and opened plunger, they don't have wash out tags, or seals, didn't wash milk off around top hatch, and didn't close hatch and button it down, oh yea I had to shut plunger and put everything back together, now I get to go up top and wash the top off around hatch they should be paying me...

These guys do a great job. They take their time. CAR CARRIERS! They actually will brush your trailer and head rack if you ask! I have an all black truck so it’s tough to keep clean. They do a better, more thorough job than the streakin’ Beacon for the same money. I’ll definitely come back.

The only logical explanation i can come to why this place is still open is because they don't really make their money with what's advertised. Seems like it's just a cover for a dope business or the owners just have more money than sense. Absolutely the worst washout we've been to so far. They were incredibly rude from the moment we pulled in and hadn't even got into the bay yet. When you spoke to them, they just stared at you as if you were bothering them. After them attempting to "boss" us around and tell us it's going to be an additional $60 because of the minimal amount of product left in the hopper was the final straw for us. We loaded up and left and didnt spend a dime. Its sad that whomever the owner is doesn't care enough about their company to do anything about it.

Only two men there on a holiday. Told me to not tell them how to wash my trailer out. Very rude. I drove down to Tampa,fl and was refused. Had to drive 50 miles to have it rewashed. Hostile services at this location

I use to stop here all the time for truck and trailer wash and wash out my hopper bottom. Pull in today. And they say they want $120 for this washout. I will not return. Says that the 1/2" of product on the doors is an upcharge. So if your truck or trailer is dirty it's an upcharge to wash it. Never again.

Horrible wash. Supposed to brush trailer (stainless steel). They started doing it and stopped. They didn’t even rinse soap off. Could not tell because they make you pull out before you can inspect it. When you pull out you are in the middle of the drive so you can’t park. Very disappointed

Listen to the reviews, don’t bother getting your truck washed here! I paid for truck and trailer wash, my trailer doesn’t even looked washed at all! Truck has multiple areas that are still dirty.

I HIGHLY recommend this Truck Wash, I stopped to get fuel on my way to Blue Beacon and asked the girl at the fuel desk about this place. She said a lot use them so I tried it. They are so much better and more into detail than Blue Beacon is. I was here on 11-16-25 at 11 am on a Sunday. They guys were GREAT. Thank You so very much. I will for sure be back.

Come here multiple times a week. I only stop here if there's no visible line from I-20. However... The overnight guy is very rude and always acts like you're inconveniencing him by coming for a washout. He's always in the office watching a movie or sleeping in his car that's parked in the bay. Might have to start going to the streakin beacon even tho there will likely be a wait.
