One of the only car washes in Provo! And it works(unlike others nearby). It's a water pressure wash(no brushes), but works well. Also less expensive than most car washes. The best wash, $7, really spends time on cleaning every inch and every coat. It even dries it after.

I like that the owner of this wash often provides complimentary rags to buff or dry your car. You can get a deluxe wash for $6 bucks, so it certainly is cost effective. However, there is not near enough dry blowers in the wash, so your car may leave still very wet in places. I always hand dry mine after leaving here, so minus two stars for that.

Great car wash. Nice machines, fair priced, good energy/environment, the owner happened to be on the property and he was a nice man. I love the feeling of cleaning my own car so that's why I chose self service any day of the week!

I paid for the touch less car wash, went in the arms started moving but no water came out for the whole cycle, then the dryer came on. Not much of a carwash, not sure how to get my money back.

I tried Freedom Car Wash after all 3 of the self-service stalls at University Car Wash were out of service. The hose had very strong pressure, and the machine accepted coin, card, and token. At $1.50 for 3 minutes, this is one of the best value washes I’ve found.

Terrible. For no reason the owner confronts me aggressively. I had a uhaul that i was about to return, so i cleaned it out. While i washed the trailer i removed my belongings. They sat outside the trailer while i vacuumed my truck. The owner accusingly asked if i was leaving my belongings. He didn't wait to hear an answer and when i tried to explain it was as if he fidnt hear me. So embarrassing

The owner was at the car wash keeping everything running smoothly on a very busy Saturday afternoon! He was very friendly and just hustling around helping everyone out. My husband's work truck was filthy from the latest snow storms and desperately needed cleaning. The automatic wash did the trick and was a great price!

I paid for a deluxe wash and it didn't do half of the things it was supposed to do. My car was also still quite dirty after I had run it through. Several of the machines were broken and it needs some routine maintenance.

I love this car wash. I always come here. It's not big and fancy, but the prices are fair and it does what I need it to. There is an automated wash as well as self-serve. About half the time that I come here the owner comes out and will even scrub my car/windows while I'm waiting in line, he's a very nice guy. Definitely recommend!

Didn't try the vacuums, so can't comment on their effectiveness. Car was filthy after driving ~2k miles through the desert. Had pretty low expectations of the automatic wash but I thought I'd give it a shot. Though I was impressed at how long the Ultimate Wash was (must've been over 5 minutes), the effectiveness still didn't meet my expectations. It doesn't use any brushes and only cleans with water pressure which means that it's really only going to be useful for super fresh dirt or dust. Did basically nothing to the body of the car. The windows fared better. but were still pretty poor. The machine also took a while to accept my card which was annoying, between 30-60 seconds. I'll go get a full-service wash to properly clean my car. I might try this place again for quick sprays, but definitely won't come back for a thorough cleaning.

Worst car wash ever. The automatic car wash didn’t work, it told me to keep driving forward and sprayed a little bit of water then nothing happened. $8 and what a joke. There was no one working there I could complain to. Then the manual car wash said it would be $2-10; I took 3 minutes and did the best I could with the available sprayer but my car is still dirty, there was no dryer, and I got charged $10. So $18 total to still have a dirty car. Do yourself a favor and AVOID.

I haven't had any problems and the owner one day I went to wash my car there one of the stalls wasn't working and he was kind and reimbursed me back my money that I had put in because the water wasn't working. I highly recommend this place and wouldn't go to any other self-serve carwash because I have gone to one and nothing works.

4 stars - not because it was the most amazing car wash anywhere, but because it was pretty okay for the price category. Not too bad for the price. I paid 6 dollars for the ultimate car wash (if I remember correctly). It was actually a pretty long car wash for the price. I've gone to others like the Chevron up the road (which seem to use a similar system), and this one was longer. It sprayed the undercarriage of the car and did several passes with the touch free car wash and, well, washed my car for 6 bucks. The drying portion wasn't the best, though, but it was only 6 bucks. If you want to dry it yourself, it's only 5 dollars for the car wash! I don't think that this place is meant to compete with Quick Quack and Wiggy Wash, which are all priced from 8-10 bucks. It's the cheaper option. If you just want a quick wash and don't care about vacuuming, this is a great place. Save that $2-4 bucks and buy yourself a hamburger.

A super solid manual car wash with every feature that you'd expect! Super reasonable price and a good brush as well

This is my favorite carwash. The scrubber brush by the automatic wash is great for removing the "eyebrows" and bugs on the windshield. I've used the self-serve bays and they are great, However, I use the automatic the most. It does a great job and is very competitively priced. The owner works very hard to keep the facility clean and in good repair and towels are provided for drying purposes. There are carwashes closer to home but it's worth it to me to go a couple extra miles to go to this one.

Never talked to a soul while I was at the self-service station. Got in, got out, used some complimentary towels to scrub out the wheels, and I was out. Highly recommend.

Don’t use the automatic wash unless you are willing to pay for another wash. It didn’t rinse off the soap all the way leaving the car looking worse so had to go to another place to get the wash done

Used unconventionally to clean my dogs emergency patio artificial grass, it's great to be able to have pressure washers that work with good soap and brush. Gets the grass tiles clean and free of smell each time. Also, you can pay with card right where the wand is and just press stop when finished to stop charging and pricing is reasonably fair.

The automatic car wash just stopped in the middle of the wash. I called multiple times and no one answered. There’s no one here either. It left soap all over one side of my car and there aren’t any towels left.

My car got barraged by birds under the wrong tree and I wanted to try out the automated touchless car wash so I took my thule roof rack off my car and it was only $7 for the wash. I was impressed, it got nearly all the avian sediment off my car, and doing the Ultimate option for two passes of the sprayer was worth it! Removing one star since the jumbo blu-sham machine was out of shammy cloths and wouldn't return my two quarters 😢
