Best equipment I’ve seen at a self wash facility, I’ve never had the option for engine degreaser before. The person working onsite also gave me $10 towards my next wash and apologized for not having the chance to clean the mud out of it before I used it which wasn’t necessary but very appreciated. Will be returning!

Wow!!! On site staff was super friendly and helpful to answer any questions. I got the touchless wash and was amazed how well it cleaned my car. This car wash is a hidden gem. I will definitely return again and I will refer all my friends.

$15 for an automated wash that barely cleaned my vehicle. There's still visible dirt on the rear bumper. Stick to the do it yourself option, avoid the automated wash if your car is more than even slightly dirty.

New ownership has really made a positive impact on this carwash. I stopped going here years ago because it was absolutely awful. I was in the area and needed to do a quick vacuum and said I'll just stop here to vacuum quick and take off. I ended up doing a deep vacuum and washing my truck. The upgrades they did are awesome. The new equipment works great and the LED lights in the bay help show everything. I'm excited to become a regular here and hopefully the community can help keep this place awesome.

This is a good car wash. Powerful spray, lots of soap and products dispensed. This has to be the best self serve car wash I’ve used.

My favorite car wash! 2$ Will get it started and it takes dollar coins or credit/debit card's. I'm glad it's Dollar coins at the change dispenser and not special coins. I dump my weekly fast food bags my guilty pleasures in there canisters and vacuum car. Place is well maintained and trash emptied.

Excellent car wash! I give it 5* for a well-thought-out service! I use a touchless high-pressure washer and am happy with everything! I recommend it! 👏🏻👍🏻

Went to longmont Location last night 5/11/2025, i ran out of quarters and used my card to finish the passenger side of my car. Pretty sure I was around the 2 minute mark when I cancelled my card use. I looked today 5/12/2025 on my bank transaction and they are charging my card about $10!??? When using $2 bucks gives you about three minutes to wash!?? How does that make sense!?

I like it because it’s able to fit my complete rig and it has modern technology to operate it with great soap pressure . I’ve got a 3500 HD with a Lancelite 1025 and it fits with no issues!

Can't figure out the negative reviews. It was the best self car wash in town, now with the new owner who installed the best system I have ever seen (I have lived in 13 cities) this is the place to go!

Used the auto car wash for $15. Splattered mud on the truck after the wash. Weak water pressure, some soap nozzles not working, weak air pressure on way out. Do not recommend.

Best in town when it comes to PSI pressure in their pumps. Comes out of the nozzle strong. All their wash products are always stocked up, water is always warm during the cold time and can get that winter gunk off. Trash is always empty and vacuums have good pressure. Their $30 membership is good and has its perks.

As a brand new car owner and this snowstorm that we just had, I had a ton of mag chloride and dirt caked on my car from the past two weeks of not washing my car, which is definitely a lot longer than I wanted to wait however I had to wait until today as I went onto Google looking for a place to go with touchless wash specifically I found this place on Google right away saw that there was two locations pretty close to where I was at and after downloading the app and seeing that they gave you one free wash. I was a little bit skeptical, considering car washes, especially buying a touchless wash being so expensive nowadays I thought there was no way it could be that good of a car wash and was expecting to definitely have to go and wash it again just based off the fact that it was a free wash and how much crap I had caked on my car, but I figured you can’t really go wrong with free however I was definitely wrong and was absolutely surprised at how good of a job the free wash did this place had a really long line and every single stall however it went extremely fast and I am amazed at what a good job it did for a free wash. It was not the bottom level wash, which was also awesome. It was the second from the best wash you can get. I think it was called. Great wash, and it definitely stands up to its name. I noticed very little left on the spoiler of my car and just a tad bit on the bumper, but I could only see it if I was looking at it at the right angle other than that it didn’t immaculate and I mean incredibly immaculate job for a touchless. I will definitely be coming back again.!!

My car is cleaner, but not a great experience. Bay 4 was very unsatisfactory. Showing pictures of spray nozzle and "high pressure" spray. Equipment and environment doesn’t seem well maintained. I was soaked from nozzle and my shoes were dirty from mud in bay. I reached out to owners for support before posting review, but no response.

Recieved $15 free car wash from their Facebook page and it was really nice. 100% touchless and cleaned my car really nice. Will return again.

This place was out of the way, but in a good way. I went on a Saturday afternoon and I wasn't fighting traffic to get in and out. Modern wash, credit card capable in every bay. Reasonable rates. I did a quick rinse/wash/spot free for $8.00. Will visit again.

Freedom Auto Wash, Longmont — 1 Star I've had terrible experiences at both Longmont locations (Terry St and Delaware Ave), and I want other car owners to understand exactly what can happen here before they pull in. I'm a paying wash club member (Amazing Wash package), not a one-time visitor with a grudge. Their automatic wash has a timed dryer section at the end. The way it works is simple: after the wash cycle, you creep forward slowly while overhead blowers dry your car. You get about 50 seconds. The entire design assumes you'll move at a crawl. That's the only way the dryers can do anything useful. I did exactly that. Moved at a slow, steady pace, never stopped. The exit gate came down onto the trunk and rear bumper of my Tesla Model 3, leaving visible scratches across the paint. When I contacted the owner, his position was that I must have stopped, despite the fact that I was moving the entire time. When I pushed back, he didn't offer to review cameras, didn't offer to cover the damage, didn't take any responsibility. Instead, he told me to take him to court. That's his resolution process. A paying monthly member tells him his equipment damaged their car, and his answer is "sue me." Think about what that means for you as a potential customer. If their gate comes down on your vehicle, and it will if you drive slowly enough to actually use the dryer you're paying for, you will be told it was your fault, and then told to get a lawyer. That's not a car wash with a customer service problem. That's a car wash that knows its equipment is miscalibrated and has decided it's cheaper to stonewall people than to fix it. This fits a pattern I've experienced as a member. On a previous visit, soap didn't dispense during the wash. Every stage was just water. The dryers weren't functioning. I found a bolt embedded in my right rear tire after leaving. The bay smelled strongly of urine. I texted the owner in real time with photos and timestamps documenting everything. His responses followed the same script each time: express initial concern, send someone to check, report that nothing was found, offer a small wallet credit, and move on. When I brought up the bolt in my tire, his response was that it "looks incredibly worn down" and "doesn't look like any bolts that my machines have." When that script stopped working on the gate incident, he dropped the customer service act entirely and told me to take him to court. I have photos of all damage and timestamped text messages showing the owner's responses to every incident. I'm writing this because I wish someone had warned me. If you value your vehicle's paint, your tires, or your time, find a different car wash. And if you do come here, don't bother trying to actually use the dryer unless you're prepared to hear "sue me" when the gate leaves marks on your car.
