I always get my car washed here when I don't have time to do it myself. The few times I have let them do the inside of the car as well they do a good job. I usually don't let them amor all the interior because sometimes it's a bit too much. But dusting and cleaning they do good with

I absolutely love this place. They take their time in making sure the vehicle is completely clean . I'm a nyc native & live in jersey half the week. I wait to clean my car here because in NY I spend more and my car is still dirty when it comes out. I appreciate the care they put into their service. Thank you everyone here.

Sadly as I look at the reviews they seem to be rude to women. I was at this establishment on Sunday. I come here once a month. After 40 mins on the line, I was told that they would charge a $20 additional fee because my car was “too dirty.” New policy by management. I’ve brought in my car dirtier in the interior and they manage to clean it in previous visits. The staff and manager for today was different than previous visits. This visit a manager who didn’t want to say his name because “he doesn’t have to.” Said that this is a fee because the line was too long. No other explanation. He said if I want I can do just exterior. I asked him for the price and it was more than marketed on the sign. Still asked why he is charging me more and he could not answer. In the end he said take her car out if she doesn’t want the exterior wash. Rude and embarrassing. I chose the exterior instead of reversing my car out of the establishment and they couldn’t even dry my car. Very sad with the treatment and I will never come here again. Went to Belleville car wash right after which had a double line and they took care of everything for regular price. The manager didn’t want to give me his name or the owner’s bc clearly he knew he was in the wrong. I thank the front desk lady as well as several employees that clearly knew he was not in the right. All I had was toys and an unused swiffer in the back. Smh

These people are very unprofessional , sloppy and rude. I’ve came to this facility a few time cause is close to where I am. Unfortunately is also a problem and I seriously had it. For one they do not listen to the service requested, they ask you several times and still give you the wrong ticket. The staff that supposed to clean the inside always have an attitude when you tell them they forgot something. They blame each other, starts arguing and still give an attitude to the customers. I really do not recommend this car wash to anyone that likes to have their car clean properly. I would not give a star if I could. 0 stars

I had been coming to this car wash for many years and lately I have been very dissatisfied with the service. I pay nearly $20 for my car wash both interior and exterior and the service is poorly done. I had gone earlier today and there were less employees working today however they were backed up with other cars to finish washing and there were two other employees inside flirting with the cashier while the other two employees doing all the work. I tried to voicing my concern to management and his response it’s slow. Not my problem. Never again will I ever be coming back!!! I prefer to give my money to other establishments that are willing to help their employees and actually give a damn. Horrible experience. Would not recommend

This is after asking them for a second time to clean better inside...this is what I was left with...i gave then two stars bc their machines were all running other than that, this is no good. A bunch of teenagers that don't want to be there. This is really bad.

Usually no problems with this place, but I paid for the ultra wash and my interior was blatantly unvaccumed and the back of my car was still filthy. Shouldn't have to go home and touch up clean after a car wash.

Best car wash around and the price is right! They do a very thorough vacuum job, including beating the floor mats. The folks doing the drying really go above and beyond to clean everything inside and out. I highly recommend this car wash!

This place used to be good, for some reason service has gotten alot worst lately, they rush thru your car, even though it's not be busy, then you have to finish it yourself because the car is still not clean, I know it's not a detail service just a car wash but at least make an effort to do a decent job.

I visited this car wash 10/14/24 at 3 PM and was so disappointed with the service. While the exterior of my car was cleaned adequately, the interior looked like it hadn’t been touched at all. There was still dust on the dashboard and the seats, even though I specifically paid for interior cleaning. It felt like they rushed through the job and didn’t pay attention to detail. I expected a much better result. The attached images are seconds after receiving my car back.

Should really inspect your scrub brush. Went for a car wash and came back with a chip/dent on the rear corner of the trunk covering, right corner on the top. Not a usual place that would touch or come in contact with places, like would rims or bumper, only while getting washed this spots would come in contact with something. Means your brushes is more wood/hard plastic/metal than hairs (too thin) or your guys are are being completely careless. Either way no good. And yea it chipped the paint in other places too. I had the car wash at other places and didn’t have this issues and went here because it was the closest one. Now I regret having gone here. With a new car, at this place you are risking chips and dents

No wonder why this place has so many bad reviews! This place is absolutely unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful. I paid for a full service, yet my car was returned dirty and dust were still clearly visible. Mind you this HAPPENS EVERY TIME. The interior was barely touched, the middle console was filthy, and the windows were not cleaned at all. When I pointed this out because every time I stay quiet , the staff acted careless and dismissive, insisting the car was “clean” when it clearly was not. The manager was especially disrespectful, refusing to take responsibility. That attitude alone says everything about how this business is run. Bad service. Worst! Find a better manager and staff!
