Went today and as I’m pulling my front wheel into the slot for my car to get washed my whole hubcap broke and as it was washing and moving me forward it was only getting damaged more had to take my hub cap off in order for my car to drive right BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE HUBCAPS!

Great service! Martin knows the definition good customer service. Highly recommend this place.. Update: trying to cancel my membership, I no longer have my car and the place is closed, no one answers the phone, and there is no website. I dont want to pay for a service that I will not use.

BEST EXPRESS CAR WASH!!!! I come here every week on my way to work and I love it the machines always make my car new looking and the employees are so nice and helpful. THE VACUUMS ARE AMAZING. HIGHLY RECCOMEND IN FONTANA.

I came here a few months back when they first opened. Let me start by saying Martin was their best employee and I was heartbroken to hear that he no longer works here. Martin provided me with excellent customer service. When I first came here, one of the other employees set me up on a monthly plan; however, the next time I tried pulling into the car wash, the gate would not opened. It seems one of the other reps there put the wrong license plate on my account when they first registered me. I showed Martin my receipt and he fixed it for me right away. On top of that, every time I would bring my car to wash, Martin would offer to shine my tires free of charge. I appreciate someone who goes above and beyond for their customers. Perhaps the other staff members here could learn a thing or two from Martin. As far as the car wash goes, give it 10/10. Plenty of vacuums and floor mat holders. They need to offer Martin his job back or hire him to train the other employees and pay him a higher salary. Seriously.

I came here today around 1pm and my brand new car is now very scratched on my hood. I am so sad because I worked so hard for this car just to pay for a car wash to damage my vehicle? I should’ve reported it when it happened but I had work. I keep calling the number and they keep hanging up on me. Do not come here!! It didn’t even wash my car good.
