Wipe your car with dirty towels , guy who checks you in is disrespectful to clients , got my car washed still dirt all over it provided pictures and receipt. manager refused to run the car again .

Get basic honestly there vip service us the exact same dont be fooled and tricked If your a regular here and you complain or make a remark they'll end up really telling you off and kicking you out . Me and mt entire family wash 17 cars here weekly and I understand maybe they didn't clean as well be cause they were short staffed maybe or very busy but as a customer thats come here for atleast 4 years should not be yelled at cursed at told off and kick off the property simply for voicing my concern with wanting to get a vip clean lile usual but nope lol honestly never will I ever return or send anyone to this place and honestly I dont believe what just happened

Asked the fella for hand wash he said not today. I asked if the machines are gentle because I said I have vinyl striping on the car. The worker told me yes and lo and behold, $250 dollars worth of trashed vinyl. These people are not experienced with washing high end/wrapped/ppf’ed cars, let alone any car, they have a literal teenaged worker at the entrance. What does a kid without a car know about washing cars ??!? STAY AWAY IF YOU DRIVE ANYTHING NICE.

My experience at today morning. The staff member was unprofessional and behaving , And my car was not cleaned properly. After the wash, there was still dirt on the windows/body/wheels. I am disappointed Thank you for your attention.

This car wash is one of the best in Brooklyn that I know. They clean the inside and outside very thoroughly, and the guys are very nice. I don't know why this car wash got such a bad rating; it's probably because it's so long. Yes, they wash very slowly, but they clean very thoroughly.

I love this place. The $45 detail job is quick, convenient, really good quality. Also the external wash option (with the vaccuum inside) that they offer is good quality. Usually v friendly staff. My go-to car wash/detail.

The car wash itself is weak and short. Doesn’t clean the car well at all. Simple outside car wash is $28 after taxes. If want floor mats washed it’s either $1 per mat extra( makes it $32) or you have to pay vip for $38.

Absolutely outstanding service at Brooklyn FCW... I opted for the clay bar treatment, and the results were incredible. My car’s paint feels unbelievably smooth and looks better than it has in years, like it just rolled off the showroom floor. They removed contaminants I didn’t even realize were there, and the shine is next level. The staff was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in their work. Five stars, no notes… okay maybe a few notes, but all good ones As a 27 year-old corporate girlie who spends way too much time in meetings and not enough time cleaning her car, this place is honestly a lifesaver. I came in on my lunch break fully expecting chaos and somehow left with a polished up car and still made it back before my next Zoom call. Miracle behavior. The staff is fast, friendly, and actually pays attention to details. My car went in looking like it had survived iced coffee spills, crumbs, and bad life choices, and came out looking like I just drove it off the lot. Inside and out was CLEAN clean. Not “eh that’s fine” clean. Also shoutout to them for not making it awkward or upselling me like I’m buying a timeshare. In and out, easy vibes, good energy.
