Terrible service! My first time coming to this car wash and the guy in the pink shirt was just rude, barely got to talk and let him know it was my first time there before he wrote on my windshield and basically sent me off, I didn’t even get to look at the menu! I go inside and not surprised when I hear a lady come in telling the cashier about the guy out there being rude to her. Car wash itself 3 out of 5 just to be nice during the holidays. I’ll go elsewhere.

The worst car wash ever! I am not coming back to the establishment again. I paid 23 for the service 6 for tips and 3 I handed cash to the person who suppose clean the car. I regret being generous thinking that they are going to do a good job. However it turned out my car was dirty. Paid for nothing.

I do not recommend anyone to bring your car to this car wash. They destroyed a fairly new functioning seat. One of there employees broke my seat. Keeping it from sliding back and forward. The managers wrote the incident down and sent me to there local gas station for assistance. They could not fix it. I went back to follow up with this car wash and they were not helpful. None of my cars will ever return to this place. Prices are high but service is low. I’ve received my car a few times and it wasn’t even vacuumed.

Spectacular service, my car was in pretty bad shape at the time and I had the entire interior done. My only real criticism is that my driver and rear left passenger seat are still not dry enough, think they used too much water or something I don't know but either way great service and if I ever need my car cleaned again, I'll be back but I will be more cautious about driving away without first doing a more thorough inspection. I'd highly recommend going in the early mornings when it's less busy.

Just went recently and had my partners car cleaned. We did the full works and once finished there was still dust inside the car both in the front and the back. They didn’t wipe any of the front dash down. Tons of water streaks on the outside as they clearly didn’t care about the dry down. Unfortunate because I do enjoy this place, but they need to be more thorough next time (if there is one)

I came today and there are absolutely NO WORDS to the disappointment at the service I got for my vehicle today. I paid almost $145 dollars of my hard earned money and to see this and see my vehicle was not properly cleaned is completely unacceptable!!! DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! Usually, this place does a fair job for the $30 package. Today, thought I would splurge a bit and up to the $80 “detail” package. Not a good idea! Streaks and leftover residue throughout entire vehicle including windows and wheels. Too many photos to upload. 80 dollar disappointment. I like the people there and really hope the best for them, but I also hope they significantly improve their services.✌🏽

Today was my 1st experience with Forest Car Wash, and I am glad I chose to give them a shot. The price is right also, as it was a little bit cheaper than my other option. I have been looking around for places that offer Hand car washes, due to not wanting to do it myself today. I found them online, and made the trip. It was busy, but the lines move pretty quick. They estimated about 25 minutes to complete the job, and I would say that it took about that long. They missed a couple of spots while drying, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me personally. I wasn't expecting the interior to be cleaned, but they did that also & did a good job.

I came here and they were closed due to the cold weather. I was frustrated at first and let my complaints known to the owner Jason. Jason reached out to me and showed me he cared and that he wanted to make things right. He offered to comp my next car detail which meant the world to me. This goes a long way and I’ll be coming back here next time. They also had a good deal where if you bought a gift card you got a 20% discount which is cool! Randy and Flash took extra care of me today. Randy seriously showed me the best customer service imaginable, helped me get an eta on the completion and both him and Flash were as professionals as it gets. I seriously can’t explain how badass and well taken care of Randy made me feel. He went the extra mile to treat me like family. They really cared and showed it. I can’t recommend this place enough, this is a business that cares about its customers and you should come here if you need your car cleaned!

Terrible! They steam cleaned my seats and carpets. They were still wet when they said my car was ready. Not a little wet. Soaked! They vacuumed. But they did literally NOTHING else. No wipe down of the interior. No windows. And, I had specifically asked about the windows. Awful!!

Don’t waste your time or money at this car wash. I specifically asked the attendant what wash I needed to remove bugs and grease from exterior of the car after a long road trip and was charged $60. Afterward, a bunch of spots remained and when I brought it up to his attention he said “you needed the $399 car wash for that.” Complete lack of understanding or empathy from the “supervisor” who sold me that wash. I will not be back. Bait and switch. I don’t do that.

Car wash was amazing. The gave us an amazing deal for a mid size SUV, only $80 for the Works Wash, carpet cleaning and seat cleaning. The whole staff is so nice. Randy at the front desk is so funny and respectful. He was great to chat with while we waiting for the car. Didn’t take too long. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

I had high expectations for this place, but my recent experience was disappointing. I brought my truck in for a wash, which cost $105 due to an additional charge for hand-washing my wide rims. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I was surprised to see parts of the truck still dirty when I came to pick it up. When I asked if they could clean the missed spots, I was told it would require a full detailing at an additional cost. For the price, I expected a more thorough job and better customer service.

Been coming here for decades. Have to find off times like mid-morning and mid -week for no line. Overall, they do an ok job. I will continue to come back for normal $25 washes and leave the detailing to my detailer that comes to my house. I was at this location on Sep 23, 2025 and they still have covid signs up for wearing a mask. I mean how distant is management or ownership to not walk through and take those down?! Insane. It's been 4+ years... I digress. I hope to see this sign down next time I'm there.
